THe colors of the room, several shades of water blue on white sand, with brown sand bloors brought the whole of the sea into the room. Our balcony faced to the sea and the waves were always audible. SO loved this room! It was not a large room, but designed so that all walls had surfaces to put "your stuff". Not like a room that may be large but has no place to hold belongings. Under top shaelf might be 2 more pull out shelves, 3 shelves with pull outs just below main part of top shelf. Closet adequate. Bath largish with a lot of glass, great hot water, fluffy bright white towels, area around sink was counter to hold your cosmetics, etc. (Sonetimes have to put on floor or risk falling into toilet. Hate that.) Large TV w/good channel selection. Stayed there for a week watching the beach and ocean waves from blacony and inside room with walkout sliding glass doors. Rode provided bicycles on the beach walk. Superfun for us from Midwest in the late winter. Would definetely stay there again. Staff lovely from front desk to guys parking cars. Restaurant a step up from other beach front eateries. Good food selectionplus happy hours Monday through Thursday. Restuaurant open to the air and beachwalk. Patio. Also dining inside.

This was my first time staying at Tower 23 Hotel and I have to say it was amazing. I enjoyed the beach and watching the waves from my room. The staff was so friendly especially Jessica, Michelle and Steven. Housekeeping cleaned our room very well, It was spotless clean. I'll be coming back soon.

This is my third visit to the hotel and they keep getting better. I had a beautiful ocean view room that was ready for an early check in. The most impressive part of my stay was the staff. Everyone from the front desk, valets, and cleaning crew were polite, professional and attentive. I was always greeted with hellos and thanked for staying with them. The cleaning staff was outstanding. My room felt like I had just checked in each day it was serviced. The mini bar was well stocked and refilled daily. The valets took great care with my new car and were always quick and responsive bringing me my car. The front desk was helpful and very knowledgeable about local places to eat and find places. The restaurant food and bar service was very good and had a nice ambiance. When I left , I had left a valuable vase behind in my room . I called the front desk the following day and they were very helpful in retrieving it and then sent it to me promptly. I can not recommend this hotel enough. I have stayed at soome of the other high rated hotels in the area and they don't come close. I will definitely be back.

This place is amazing at making you feel welcome. From the valet staff, to front desk (Steven and Michelle), and room service. It was a much needed getaway that we needed to relax. We got there Friday night in the evening and the check in process was super smooth and quick. The room was super clean which really adds to the relaxation, the ambiance and decor of the hotel created such a calm environment that I slept like an absolute baby. We opted to fill out the breakfast room service form which I’m really glad we did because we got to pick what time it arrived and the server was right on the dot! We got the chilaquiles and the JRDN breakfast platter (I think it was called) and it was so good! Our room had an ocean view and it did not disappoint. Even in a gloomy day it was beautiful. Thank you Tower23 staff for always creating a great experience. Added a photo of our breakfast, a 6:30am ish view from our balcony, and a cute lounge area on the 3rd floor.

This has been my 4th time staying at this hotel and it gets better every stay. Stayed for a staycation for 2 nights and the best part is that our room was right on the beach. The weather wasn’t so great but opening the sliding door and having that fresh ocean breeze made up for it. I was also impressed with the body was. I’ve never smelled anything like that before it I had to look it up and buy one for myself. It is also very convenient that konos coffee is just walking distance across from the restaurant. It is really a great way to start your morning.
