About the Hotel

Hotel Zelos San Francisco (formerly the Hotel Palomar) resides in the historic Pacific Building, which opened in 1907. The Pacific Building was originally built as office space, however, the 5th to 9th floors became the Hotel Palomar in 1999. Due to the original layout, the guestrooms are larger than the average hotel room in San Francisco.

This was my first trip to San Francisco. The staff here was very friendly. Especially I was on a tight schedule, and Jeff and Cassidt took great care in arranging my room, so I could relax comfortably. I really appreciate that. Thanks to them, my San Francisco experience was off to a great start.

This is an amazing place w/ close proximity to some of the hot spots in the city. The staff is friendly & helpful w/ very comfy decors. I'd definitely stay here when I come back again.

Way more spacious then any other hotel in San Francisco. The decor is very nice and comfy beds huge bathroom is just lovely. Front desk was very pleasant and friendly and smells very fragrant the minute you walk in which is very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful, unique hotel! Our check-in process was seamless with the help of Jeff at the front desk. He was super friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Can’t wait to come back to Hotel Zelos on our next trip to San Francisco!
