Super charming!
My spouse and I return here every Spring for our anniversary and love it! The hotel is iconic and has gorgeous views all around, especially from the Top of the Mark. Service is generally very good. The various front desk staff were not particularly friendly, but Ben Duenas at the club lounge and Firas Muheisen are both rock stars! They were super responsive and attentive to our needs. The rooms are a bit tired, but we will return year after year for the charm and priceless experience we associate with the Mark Hopkins!

Best staff in San Francisco
This is my favorite hotel in San Francisco. I literally come back every month because the staff is so kind and makes us feel like we are at home. Raffy is so sweet and always remembers me and my children every time we come. So thoughtful. Issa always makes sure I get the best room for me and my daughters. Tony is great and always makes sure my car is ready and my bags are safe waiting for me. The staff is truly amazing and reason enough to come back every month. I’ve never had this kind of treatment at any other hotel in San Francisco. Five stars 👍🥂

Awesome !! This is my 7th visit to this hotel and San Francisco, 3 were vacations and 4 business trips. I LOVE this hotel for the gorgeous location really nice spacious rooms, the top of the mark (bar at the top of the hotel) and the friendly staff who greets us every time and makes us fell at home and welcome. Special shout out to Issa who is very friendly and extremely professional !!! Makes my stay so so comfortable and pleasant !!! Issa goes above and beyond to make my trips as enjoyable as possible provide all the information I need and saves me time with the I out I need when I need it. Thank you all the staff and thank you so much Issa!! Until next month again! Cheers
