Hotel Lounge and common areas are palatial but rooms are not
Its a bit overrated.. The lounge is palatial and common areas are grand.. But the rooms are not bad.. Nothing luxury.. baths was good but. Room is small and not fully functional. Staf were nice and helpful Spend some time in the lounge . Its huge with beautiful chandliers..

Helpful Staff Amongst the Stars at the Movies
There was an issue with some Star Wars seating arrangements. I might have had to miss out on the event due to some physical limitations. However, Julia and Sarbi straightened things out and went above and beyond to make accommodations. Thank you to the helpful staff for a wonderful evening!

Beautiful hotel
One of the best hotels we have stayed at. I thought the service was impeccable and our stay was excellent. Room service was delivered quickly and was delicious. Our room was spotless and we were happy with the turn-down service after a long day of sightseeing.

Weekend Staycation
This is the only hotel I would stay at in San Francisco. The staff are so professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they are also just so kind and genuinely friendly. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds , great bathrooms. The Pied Piper has some of the most amazing staff I have met anywhere . The whole experience at this hotel is to treasure.

Amazing Hotel
The Palace is one of my favorite hotels in the country. I stay in 100 hotels a year and this is the best. The staff are amazing the rooms are amazing. Every request made was timely and the people were very helpful. The location is perfect for people visiting San Francisco for the first time.
