Reviews for Parc 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel
Stayed 4 nights for business. First time at this hotel. The location is great. Huge hotel. The gym is fantastic. No room service and little food options. Hotel is old and needs renovation- but rooms are clean and tidy. I was on 15th floor - View was nice but I noticed huge amount of traffic noise. I was woken multiple times each night by sirens. Overall an average hotel

I've stayed at Parc several times before writing this review, each time the staff is great. Property is very new and modern feeling, had no problems there. June 2017 I took my girlfriend to stay here because we had Giants tickets. When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready but Front Desk staff was welcoming and wished my lady a happy birthday. We decided to stay around the area and grabbed lunch at their lobby bar. I feel horrendous for not remembering our servers name but he was THE BEST! (Day/Afternoon shift, on a friday in June 2017 if that helps). When we finally got up to the room we were upgraded to the corner overlooking the city and it was awesome. Felt like the team really took care of us. This is now my lady's favorite property to stay at and we will be back often!

Got in early to the hotel and checked in around 12 and was told to come back after 3 to pick up my key because the room was not ready yet, which is fair enough, returned at three forty five and found that the HHonors desk which has four computers had only 1 attendant, while the regular check in desk had 2, also fair I suppose if it wasn’t for the fact that there were more of us lined up in the HHonors desk than in the regular one, I was fourth in line and after the attendant Sarah, took 15 minutes to register a single guest I went over to the Concierge desk and asked Robert the Concierge if he could please help me or see if something could be done about the growing line in the HHonors desk, he promptly and rudely discarded my request and as if I had requested something beneath his stature and he told me they could not give me a key which I really didn’t ask him for, I asked for help with the check in desk saturation, and he told me that the other attendants were probably in the back getting authorizations, and INSTRUCTED me to be patient and wait my turn, turning his attention back to his computer, let it be noted that the other check in positions at the HHonors desk had no people tending to them nor customers waiting for any attendant to come back with any authorizations, once Sarah finally got to me she very quickly gave me the keys to SOMEBODY ELSES ALREADY OCCUPIED ROOM with my same last name, this I found out when I got to the room, and had to go back down to get the keys to my correct room, the whole thing took about 45 minutes and was very very unpleasant, the hotel is old but clean enough, even though it’s not expensive I don’t feel it justifies the price, would never stay there, again.

Stayed for the JP Morgan meeting - this is a very clean, modern-looking, and centrally located hotel in San Francisco, close almost to everything — meetings, Union Square, BART ... love to stay again.
