Beautiful hotel with comfy amenities as you’d expect from a RC. Excellent customer service from everyone, especially bartender Angela who remembered our names and was so kind. She knows so much about the city and really took the time to make us feel special. Also-her drinks are amazing! Housekeeper Remy was also so accommodating and kind. These two employees really made our trip feel special, thank you! Word of caution to fellow Marriott Titanium Elite Members, your hotel status at this property does not mean what it does at other hotels. We stayed at the JW San Francisco the last time we were in town and had access to the top floor lounge with amazing city views. When we asked the front desk if we could access the lounge, we were told that as “only” Marriott Bonvoy members, we could not use the area or even make a reservation. We were traveling with my mother who is 76 and had taken her very first flight for this trip to see our daughter. So we asked if we could just go into the top floor lounge to show her the views. We were told that a “manager would have to be asked and have to escort us there” so we obviously just dropped it. Instead we went to brunch at the Intercontinental for a view. If you’re used to typical AC Marriott level service, this property might not be for you.

This is a beautiful hotel and I would recommend it over any other hotel in SF. The service and staff go above and beyond anything you need. Kindness really goes a long way and it is hard to find that when traveling recently in the U.S. I would come back to this hotel based off of that alone. The hotel itself is immaculate and very clean. Our room on the club level was nice and comfortable with a fantastic view of the bay and Coit Tower. The food and service in the club room was wonderful, we felt very welcome.

This is one of the worst Ritz Carlton that we have ever been too, we are ambassador status with Marriott. Horrible upper management staff, do not cater to their customers needs, Ritz kids is a joke, It’s a coloring book and some crayons. Those who stay here beware they will Charge you for items you did not purchase or valet you did not use or for a room you did not stay in Or for nights, you did not stay there.

We decided to have a staycation for couple of days for my husband’s birthday and we experienced a great service! Especially Zeny at the club lounge was WOW! She was very sweet and caring and always kept asking if we wanted something! Also Rudy at the club lounge was very helpful, caring and funny 😁! Another amazing person who made our stay was Landon Patrick! Overall I would recommend this hotel and also experience the club lounge! 10 out of 10! Will be back!
