The resort is great. Rooms are beautiful. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with an ocean view... It was fabulous. The kitchen was full sized with everything you need to prepare a meal. My one complaint would be the noise from the vents when you had a door shut. It would only happen when the bedroom doors were closed.. Just kind of annoying... And we never bright it to anyone's attention.. The beach is not swimmable. We did get in up to or knees once, but it was super rough and then we saw sting rays jumping out a little way! Still nice to walk though. Pools are great, but very warm... Between 81-86!.. Never really to refreshing. We didn't have any real problems with lounge chairs, some days we got exactly what we wanted, some days we didn't. We were never down there super early either. The beach bar grill is awesome.. Delicious food. Eat the ceviche and tacos, cheap but delicious! Drinks are so so... We did the timeshare presentation... Free breakfast and free sailing for 90 mins... It is what it is.. From talking with locals/cab drivers.. This resort is one of the nicest. Also a word of warning, if you choose not to use the hotel for excursions... Whatever you do, don't use Amazing Cabo Adventures... They have a store front in town... They took our money!

We stayed at Cabo Azul 4 years ago and were amazed by the improvements made since then! It was beautiful then, but even more stunning now. And they changed up the music so it isn't just one loop going all day. There were scheduled activities this time, which was a lot of fun for the whole family. The pool bar service was perfect and everyone was very nice. We'd be happy to go back.

The resort itself is wonderful all around....it's located in San Jose Del Cabo which is aprox. 30 minutes away from the "party area" of Cabo San Lucas. My only complaint is that the beach in front of the resort is not "swim-able" due to rip tides so I was extremely disappointed in that but at the least the pool exceeded my expectations as it was lovely with a great swim up pool bar. The spa was extremely nice and if you get a service done you can utilize the sauna, steam room etc. all day long/day of your service. You can easily get to San Lucas by taxi, car rental or taking the local bus (which will give you the true experience with the locals). We loved our experience here and plan to return. Everyone (including the locals) are extremely friendly and it is very safe here!

We booked this hotel not ever been to Cabo before but we were not disappointed. I didn't realize that we were not actually in Cabo but in San Jose Del Cabo which is a lot calmer and quieter then Cabo San Lucas. This hotel is really nice, we had a 2 bedroom suite with 6 people, full kitchen ( we just had snacks and some drinks). The staff is very nice and helpful. Javier's the restaurant is excellent, I had the best filet I have ever had!!! We rented a car to go to Cabo and I would recommend this if you are going multiple times. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back.

This was my second time visiting. It is my favorite timeshare property. The service here at this resort is beyond excellent. Each and every employee greeted us with good morning, good evening, hello, how can I help.... when we arrived we were greeted by a mariachi band and a gentleman with a tray of cool towels and bottled water. When we checked in, we were given a shot of tequila!! We had booked two units, a one bedroom and a two bedroom and I requested them to be near each other. My request was granted and they were right next door to each other. It was so convenient for all of us. The pool lounges are the most comfortable, clean lounges. I watched them from our room each and every night, take off the old coverings and replace with new bright white clean ones. There is an umbrella in between every other lounge chair so it was easy to find 4 lounges together with shade and if you didn't want shade, you could easily put the umbrella down and get sun. My husband didn't make the last trip and for 3 yrs we talked about how great it was, we finally got him there and I was nervous it wouldn't live up to our hype but it did and he was amazed at the level of service, food, pools, rooms etc! Perfect relaxing vacation! One more thing, we had free washers and dryers on our floor...I'm not sure if they're on every floor. And the mini market on the first floor sold individual tide pods so you didn't need to buy more laundry detergent than you needed.
