We requested an ocean view, which we received. My only complaint was that the palapas resturant was outside our patio and everynight from about 11-2am, and then again early early morning you could hear the employees moving carts of dishes or whatever it was. There was no way we could of left our patio door open to hear the ocean during bedtime.....and the fact that you could hear it through the door was a bit irritating. Quiet time at 10 pm should pertain to BOTH guests and employees. Other than that, the place was near perfection.

They have Javier’s at this resort and I swear the bartender, Ismael Garcia, makes the world’s best margarita in the world, hands down! The resort is top notch, but you have to definitely want to have a margarita made by this guy.. wish we could bring him to California with us 😊

I travel to Los Cabos on business quite often and stay at Cabo Azul every chance I get. Bell services and front desk staff are on their A game. Checkin is always efficient. Rooms are always in tip top shape. Unfortunately I don’t get to use all the resort amenities but they appear excellent. Room is always in tip top shape and I will continue to stay here every time I travel to Los Cabos.

Service is wonderful, the food is delicious and the bar staff know how to make a cocktail. I ask Ismal Garcia to make me a cocktail and it came out perfect! Could not be happier with all aspects of my visit. A true must visit if your in the area!

Stayed here during Iroman Weekend and had a great time. We have 2 young kids, and this resort was great for them. Things we loved: the kids pool. Awesome slide (although needs to be resurfaced soon). Most of the day it was quite shaded so you could stay out for hours with less burn risk. Staff loved the kids and would play with them. Never used the kids club so I can't comment on that. You can always find a lounge chair and umbrella, at any pool. Rooms were all quiet. We were in the front and were never bothered by noise. Lots of English movie channels Day use change room for the day you leave. Nightly turn down service. Replenished towels used after swimming. Things we didn't like: Lots of stairs. Difficult to use a stroller on the property. Minor. Some maintenance needed in the room. Security bolt never worked, door wouldn't self-close, and toilet ran. Late turn down service. They often came past 8pm, and twice while we were putting kids to bed. But it was wonderful to have.
