What a great resort in Cabo. With so many shops and restaurants right across the street, we always had something to do. And the staff really sees to your every need. Two best things: Happy Hour And Spa treatment on the beach

We left our rental car with Uriel Marquez and other bellmen to unload and valet park. They called our room shortly after to say trunk would not latch. Next we knew, a new rental was delivered to Cabo Azul as a result of SUPERIOR initiative and customer service! Thanks, Uriel and fellow workers.

We spent a wonderful vacation in this paradise! Very nice rooms, beautiful pools, and the service all across the resort was perfect. Especially the guys serving in the pool area made us feel very much at home and very super friendly. Btw., we didn’t have any bad timeshare “hard sell” experience, but made it very clear from the beginning that we weren’t interested at all. Breakfast/dinner tip: “La Mexicans” right across the street serves simple, but good Mexican food.

Had super week ar Cabo Azul. All aspects outstanding. Food terrific at resort and in nearby recommended restaurants. Happy Hour (3-5 PM) offers 2 for 1 margaritas. The attendant in our area, Luis Meza, made our stay highly enjoyable. First Class property. This is a Diamonds Resort but available to the public. Stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom suite convenient to all of the amenities.

Goodness, this place is amazing. We considered From the check in with the cold bottled water and coconut scented towels, to my bell person Angel bringing my stuff up and letting us know where to eat, to the pool bar Manager Elliot who greeted me every time I walked by and ate there. To the unlimited clean towels, clean chairs, awesome happy hour, friendly staff. I cannot say enough about our stay. During our second, week we noticed lot more younger children (we have three) but they did not bother us at all. They do have an adult only pool that is heated by the connecting jacuzzi! The beach huts cannot be reserved until 8am but you'll need to go out at joke. I had to go onto the beach at 645 am in order to get the one with the fan and lights. Yes, I said ceiling fan and lights that can be controlled with light switches. Their food is delicious! From the shrimp cilantro wrap to their steaks. Everything is great and not seasoned with only salt. There is a near by town called San Jose which have local restaurants that you cannot miss. It’s a little over a mile away. Watch the vendors, they charge at least double their bottom price. You have to try Herradero. This area is about a $7 cab ride away. Shooping at the pier is cheaper but the cab ride is $40 each way. Worth seeing but we didnt see a need to go often. This is the place where all of the action is. Pool/Beach views are nice but then you have to deal with the light noise coming from the area, restaurants and night time swimming. We stayed in building 4 which is closer to the street and lobby. A little walk to the MAIN pool area but overlook the adult section. They have a starbucks on the grounds that stay open late. Excellten spacious gym. The time share presentation was not pushy at all. Chris/Scott (not sure) almost had me purchase a package but then I chose not to. My mother in-law has plenty for the family. Great guy and staff. The staff that runs the Volley ball area are friendly and fun to play with.
