Luxury and service Exceptional!
We were treated like dignitaries from a foreign country: a king and a queen visiting to see a beachside concert by Siddhartha. My fiancée and I were greeted with an ice cold beer, iced Jamaica juice and cold towels to cool off when we checked in. We were too early so Beto parked our car and stored our luggage and we went up to the beautiful 4th floor rooftop pool and restaurant where Gustavo gave us menu suggestions for lunch. We loved the pool while we waited for notice our room was ready. Beto met us downstairs, grabbed our luggage and escorted us to our room - a master suite consisting of a living/dining room with a balcony patio, a bedroom with a view of the concert venue and the marina, a dressing room w closets and chests of drawers, a huge bathroom with a deep jacuzzi tub and two showers (one outside with a beautiful view and a second inside shower with two rain shower heads. Could easily live in this suite for months! Concert venue was across a small bay serviced by hotel ferries to a beautiful beach equipped with food and beverages and cabana beds. Sammy and Aaron met us at the gate and escorted us to our cabana where we enjoyed Siddhartha’s music. Returned to enjoy our fabulous room and the excellent hotel restaurant where Isidro took great care of us. Lo

An absolutely phenomenal, one of a kind, romantic anniversary trip I will remember for the rest of my life.

Beautiful hotel, poor service.
The wait times for meals were excessively long due to a lack of sufficient waitstaff. The service was deplorable, with both check-in and check-out processes being extremely slow. The staff appeared unprepared and inadequately trained to manage a fully occupied hotel.
