Warm staff! Needs better organization by management.
Very nice boutique hotel on the marina, staff was very kind and authentic. Room was clean and pleasant. If you don’t like something make sure you let the front desk know- that is how they measure satisfaction.

Magical hotel
Lovely room. Nearly all the staff were friendly. The artwork everywhere was marvelous. Lot of attention to upkeep of the property which is always appreciated. The Friday night live jazz was magical, as well as the meal that night. Pricey overall but felt we got what we paid for. Will return

Fantastic fresh food and great staff
The staff and the food at El Ganzo are really high quality. Each of the 3 restaurants offers a slightly different menu and there were a number of really delicious options. Favorites included cucumber salad at the beach, beet salad on the rooftop and steak tacos in the main restaurant. The only slightly disappointing food was the included “American breakfast”. All the staff were helpful and welcoming. A few staff call outs included: Montserrat, Manuela, Felipe And Gustavo. The two women on the front desk (sorry for not catching your name) were really helpful too.
