Hotel El Ganzo

This is our second of many to come visits to this little gem of a hotel nestled in an entertaining marina. First of all, the whole team here is some of the best I’ve come across in travels around the world. The hotel is very clean, very organized and the food is delicious. If you are hoping for a wild party at an all inclusive, this isn’t it. If you are looking for thoughtfully curated luxury without pretension, interesting art and music, and easy access to San Jose del Cabo’s art district and lively neighbourhoods - you have found it. Instead of watching drunken tourists around a pool, you can watch fisherman, seabirds, and the resident sea lion patrol for post-fishing treats.

Exquisite location, amazing atmosphere in every area of the hotel, super neat and incredible experiences on music and wellness.. Already planning my next visit... GRACIAS HOTEL EL GANZO!

This is a great hotel if you want a beautiful setting outside of the Cabo craziness and appreciate higher end setting but don’t love the isolation. With the rooftop pool and hot tub overlooking the active marina and the ocean, the private beach club and tastefully decorated rooms and artsy hallways you get a great resort experience without being in a huge hotel or a super high end hotel. Adults only makes it great for a couples getaway. You are also in a little neighborhood which is walkable vs an isolated resort.

Luis was the best, and all the upstairs bartenders

I found the prices extremely expensive. I live in Los Angeles, where everything is already pricey, but somehow it’s even more expensive there. The hotel is cute, but the prices are ridiculous. We’re in Mexico. it doesn’t make sense for it to be more expensive than LA.
