This was our second stay at El Ganzo, and it was just as great as the first. It confirmed what made our first visit so memorable: the staff. It was especially nice to see Montserrat (Montsi) again. She is always so warm, kind, and genuine. She has this rare way about her of being fully present and making you feel seen, even when the pool’s very busy. She’s a big part of what makes us want to keep coming back. Thanks also to the other pool staff, Anny, Alfonso, Roni, and Isidro, who were all wonderful and attentive. And to Beto for his kindness and help with questions, Manuel at the front desk for being so pleasant, and Hector at the restaurant (we’ll have to come back soon to take him up on the morning tequila).

Hotel El Ganzo is as good as it gets. It was one of the best hotel experiences my boyfriend and I have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding. The staff genuinely cared for all the guests (shout out to Gustavo and Anny). The food was incredible—probably the best curated food and drinks I’ve had in a long time. It was also very vegetarian-friendly, except for dinner. We spent a lot of time by the pool and jacuzzi, and the DJs created the perfect vibe. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. It’s truly the best of Cabo.
