Hotel El Ganzo

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views! The service is outstanding. The fact that it’s adults only makes it even more relaxing and enjoyable. A must when in San Jose del Cabo.

Honestly we didn’t have this property on our radar and it was shear serendipity that brought us here. That and Hyatt points. A quick and scenic 30 minutes from the airport in a cute fishing neighborhood by a marina. Rooftop bar with infinity pool/large jacuzzi, private beach cove that you take a small pontoon to. Amazing views of the ocean. Love the iguanas roaming around. Above all was the hospitality and service. Each person we encountered was delightful and responded to our every wish. Can’t say enough about the exceptional food service. Especially the staff! We tried all of the seafood dishes and a variety of breakfast items. They have a high quality/health conscious philosophy with a focus on fresh, local colorful ingredients. The beverage program also deserves high marks. Nothing was either too sweet or too strong. They use only fresh juices for the mixers. Expect high prices for food but considering the value of the overall experience, you may not care. We are already planning our return.

I had the amazing pleasure of spending my last day in Cabo at the Hotel El Ganzo. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone who’s looking for a cozy, comfortable beach day. We had a fabulous experience!! Great location. Super chill neighborhood but a quick uber ride from downtown. Couple of great neighborhood restaurants like spicy tuna and borracho marinero. The rooms were impeccable with daily housekeeping and they even bring milk and house baked cookies every night. Rooms were super well equipped. Food at the restaurant was delicious and they had live music several nights. Unique rooftop pool with a great view and bar. But what we enjoyed most is the exceptional service from the staff. From the front desk - Liz and Manuel, to the restaurant and service all around the hotel. A special shoutout to the wait staff Yosef, Jordan, Missy, Ysidro, Jhossi, Gustavo and a few others.
