We had a fantastic time here. The accommodations were modern and beautiful, the resort had numerous pools and corners to sun in, relax and enjoy, and staff was very friendly. Would have loved more casual (and reasonably priced) food options with kids, but generally wonderful. Good gym. Fantastic spa. The Kids Club was an unexpected bonus! Paula, Sofia, Karla and Gina went out of their ways to help the kids have a great time. We weren’t planning on having adults-only time, but got it due to how much fun this place was! They even had a beautiful Easter Egg hunt for kids at the resort, which was a delight. Very good experience overall.

The service staff at this property was the absolute highlight along with outstanding food. Kudos to the management and culinary team. Three of us took a class from Sergio in the fitness center, He was lively, fun, graceful & so flexible with our schedules. We can highly recommend him. Thank you Sergio for a fantastic dance instruction. One shortcoming in the rooms was quality of the towels which were worn, discolored and had threads hanging from them. Need a refresh please. Property is hopefully in line for a general update soon from the flag. Our sofa was saggy and had soiled fabric. I do have a Marriott interior design firm from Houston to suggest! Thank you to all who provided a well run Urology meeting for our group and a luxury upgrade beachside- no extra charge for captivating views and beautiful crashing waves! Muchas gracias!

Sergio from Jasha Spa was fantastic with stretching classes for our family in the morning. The pickleball, whale watching, swimming, restaurants were great! Rodrigo, Omar, Estefany were all very warm around the club. Blanca, the housekeeper, kept our room very clean. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this resort!

The Gym at the JW Marriott is great. I had a morning yoga session with Sergio on Monday & came back for another on Wednesday. It’s the best way to relax and start vacation. The sessions were outside—my favorite way to practice. Definitely reccomend

Great property designed in tiers that provided beautiful views of the ocean at all times. The restaurant service is friendly and food quality was excellent. Many pools for all types, excellent kids club and views of the ocean to periodically see whales jumping out of the water.
