The ultimate in luxury pampering... my sister and my stay at Las Ventanas and relaxing beyond belief. From the moment we arrived and our personal butler unpacked our bags, to the welcome neck and head massage, we melted into our vacation. Las Ventanas service is impeccable. Their staff are friendly and beyond doting and helpful. The grounds were a lush paradise, and the spa is amazing. Throughout our stay we were spoiled with amenities, such as fresh fruit popsicles on the beach, to Evian spray bottles, fresh icy buckets of bottled water, and someone to clean your sunglasses. The food is beyond delicious, and we were spoiled with daily breakfast on our private “Garden” terrace which overlooked the ocean. Looking forward to many more trips to this lovely oasis.

This resort is truly amazing. The property is absolutely gorgeous. We went back and forth between staying here or the one and only palmilla and chose this because it was a little smaller and seemed more adult only. The landscape is more desert like and less lush and green, but done so beautifully. They take great care keeping up the grounds. The staff is right there as soon as you need anything at all, but not in your way at all. We had four rooms total. Paid for one ocean view and upgraded us to ocean view with rooftop terrace. The other three rooms were booked garden view and all upgraded to ocean view. I think the resort was less busy due to booking in the beginning of December which is why we were all upgraded. The rooms were unreal. Absolutely perfect and gorgeous. Very large and the bathrooms amazing!! Amenities are amazing. We didn’t use our rooftop terrace so not sure I would pay extra for that, but I think having a non ground level terrace is definitely nice to have. We ate off property each night but had breakfast and lunch at the resort each day. The food was fabulous! I just can’t say enough about this resort. Absolutely perfect staff. So accommodating. We had massages and were so good we booked another. The spa is wonderful. Indoor/outdoor massages and so peaceful. Highly recommend this resort!

Las Ventanas is as wonderful as you've always heard. From the greeting in the reception area to the attentive, warm staff, the amazing food and poolside service - you will not be disappointed. The resort is small and beautifully maintained. The resort offers "true" butlers - helping with anything from business services, restaurant recommendations/reservations, departure logistics, luggage packing, excursions, you name it! Here are three little stories to give you a better sense of what you will experience: Each lounge chair has a buzzer - if you need anything, just press your button and the staff is quickly is at your side to assist. If you get out of your pool/beachside lounge chair and begin to move towards your umbrella to adjust it, staff RUN towards you to assist. When we checked it, we let the staff know about our Thanksgiving dinner plans - at our favorite place, but a little later than we were hoping. Two days later, the butler finds us at the pool to let us know they had been able to move up our res by an hour. We can't wait to go back!

Las Ventanas is absolutely amazing! The staff is so kind and thoughtful and go above and beyond to make sure your time is well spent. They picked myself and boyfriend up at the airport and welcomed us with drinks and a nice luxury car. Once we reached the hotel we were welcomed with a mariachi band and margaritas, as well as a complimentary 10 minute massage while we waiting for check-in. Once they showed us the room we knew this was going to be amazing. We had an ocean view room with a fireplace and telescope and a beautiful balcony/terrace. My favorite part about the experience was the staff, particularly Arturo and Aaron who were our butlers. I can't say enough nice things about them. Las Ventanas truly offers a luxury experience for those who want to get away from their busy daily lives. So amazing and can't wait to go back.

Living in Los Angeles makes the quick trip down to Las Ventanas so easy. A 2hr flight, a pick up at the airport, an hour's drive to hotel and boom, you're in heaven! I loved the service, the beauty of the hotel, food was amazing, pool service perfect and I loved, loved the spa. My first room was a garden view and it actually afforded me slight ocean views in two directions. After two nights I moved to an ocean view room and quite frankly liked the garden view room just as much. Each room has a fireplace and a telescope to view the stars at night. This place is perfect for a long weekend away from Los Angeles. Can't wait to go back!
