Reasons to be Cheerful at CSN (in no particular order) - the local honey shampoo, Ana on Reception, Jesse at Breakfast, Alejandro on arrival, Bar Azul where I sneezed and 10 seconds later a tissue was offered, Housekeeping excellent with really nice lavender turndown amenities, Tunki Rooftop bar & restaurant with great views, food to match, Daniella’s excellent service and the Mango Mousse a standout dessert, Carlos in Bar Azul & Andanza very gentle and great storytelling, wonderful breakfasts, Ruben, the chef of the Sazón Cooking School who took us to the market to buy the ingredients for our cooking class and lunch that we made together and finally Diego in El Parque who made our last dinner one to remember. San Miguel de Allende is an amazing and very beautiful town, and Casa de Sierra Nevada provides a peaceful, stylish and sophisticated base from which to explore. We spent a week and if it wasn’t for work demands we would have stayed for another.

We are in San Miguel for a wedding and they way we were treated i would think we were the bride and groom. The hotel service is beyond anything ive experienced and i've stayed at many 5 start hotels. Once we arrived to the moment we left everything was thought of, from Ana at the front desk, to complimentary experiences offered each day of our stay. There was a whatsapp messaging service we we were able to get any item or question answered immediately. the property is impeccably maintained , the food was extradorinay and the staff was so welcoming, polite and helpful. i wish i could live there!

Highly, highly recommend Casa de Sierra Nevada. The hospitality was greater than we have ever experienced at any hotel and/or resort. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, but in a genuine manner. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the room in which we stayed was large and well-appointed, including two separate seating areas, a large bathroom and heated plunge pool, as well as a stocked minibar with high-end spirit options (Deluxe Superior One Bedroom). The location is perfect for walking throughout the central district, with the main square being approximately 2 blocks northwest of the property and the park being 3 blocks to the south. This was preferable to the other hotel we were considering, The Rosewood San Miguel, as it is a relatively significant uphill walk to the square/shops from the Rosewood. In addition, the breakfast at the hotel was arguably our best meal of the day, which is considerable given the excellent restaurant options in San Miguel. We will absolutely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Casa Sierra Nevada is an excellent hotel choice of hotel in San Miguel de Allende as it truly represents the city in a good way. It has great staff, exceptional service, nice food and drinks. They offer fun activities, including a really good cooking class which I highly recommend.
