This pet-friendly hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The accommodations, gym, spa, pool, grounds are gorgeous. Our dog was welcome everywhere and he was free to run off-leash. The restaurants serve excellent food in beautiful settings. The Luna rooftop bar had music, wonderful tapas and a magnificent view of the city. Sushi is served Wednesday-Saturday in the bar which is cozy and elegant at the same time. We cannot praise this outstanding hotel enough. We will surely return.

This is the second time we stayed at Rosewood San Miguel. The hotel, room and amenities were exquisite once again. The staff helped us with all of our reservations at San Miguel's many fine restaurants. The staff made us feel at home. We will be returning again. It has began to feel like our home away from home.

This place was gorgeous! We didn't stay here but we had drinks on the rooftop and the lobby lounge. This is a first class hotel all the way. It's definitely worth checking out when you're in town. Make sure you check out the roof top bar. The views are amazing. It's worth a look.

Spent five nights at Rosewood San Miguel de Allende for Christmas. It was actually the third time we returned to the hotel this year, which I guess says all about how much we like it... It´s such a nice hotel, with friendly staff and wonderful design. But the main selling point for us is the amazing garden and pools. A perfect place to relax. There are other nice hotels in SMDA, but no other places can match Rosewoods grounds and views. Hasta pronto!

Last month, my husband and I spent a much-anticipated getaway at Rosewood San Miguel de Allende. We’ve had this destination at the top of our list for a long time – but once Travel+Leisure Magazine named San Miguel de Allende the best city in the world in July 2017, we booked our trip immediately. We stayed in an amazing Parroquia Suite (there are only 4 of them) – with true, direct views of San Miguel’s iconic cathedral. With the incredible backdrop, ALL of our pictures look like postcards! The Parroquia Suites are in the main building on the third floor which were very quiet and private, along with the Spa and gym. The charming yet elegant suites feel like upscale Mexican haciendas with large terraces. Splurging for a Parroquia Suite will NOT disappoint! In short, the property was spectacular and flawless – the food was superb. The views were to die for – especially from the rooftop tapas bar. But above everything, the service was top-notch, trademark Rosewood. We must give huge praises to Alfredo Renteria, Managing Director, for our overall experience. And an extra-large shout-out to Eric Gonzalez Tenorio, Director of Rooms, who went above and beyond… he offered his personal attention and contact number for anything we needed assistance with – this alone, made our vacation and we walked away feeling like we were given the royal treatment. We are planning our return trip as we speak – it was truly magical…………thank you Rosewood San Miguel de Allende, we hope to see you again soon.
