Amazing place and worth the trip

This is a very special place. Everything is amazing. We were out there for a meeting, but my husband joined and we stayed one night. The winery is amazing in itself and the food is outstanding. Everything we ate was delicious. It was my birthday and the staff at dinner sang to me….and they had been practicing in English! So sweet! A memory I’ll never forget. We also went to the spa for a couples massage and that was amazing too. Only wish we could have stayed longer and hiked, etc…a little too chilly for the pool, but it looked lovely.

A great experience

Beautiful hotel and very relaxing. The showers are not realistic and very slippery. The staff is very nice and professional. The wine is fantastic and overall it’s a great place. We Definitely recommend it. The bbq and cooking class were amazing and the chef and his team were fabulous.

Loved my stay here

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 months ago

Really fantastic stay. This property is so much better managed and maintained than Vik Jose Ignacio in Uruguay. I had the choice between two rooms and I especially loved the baths in both of the rooms. The glass bungalow suites are more secluded with a Japanese zen vibe but I ended up choosing a room in the main building as I was only staying one night and wanted to be close to everything. Sound insulation could be improved in the main rooms but aside from that it was fantastic. The staff were so nice and I would like to commend Damari at front desk and Belene at the restaurant for their lovely energy and professionalism. Food and wines also top notch. The hotel offered me a cake on my birthday which was so thoughtful. Even though the weather didn’t allow us to experience the pool or go on the hikes , we still had a wonderful time and I would return.

Over the top in every way!

Amazing property! Stunning setting in the heart of Chilean wine country. The architecture, views, service, art are all breathtaking. I celebrated my birthday here. The servers sang Happy Birthday in Spanish at the end of an amazing four course dinner and provided the most delicious birthday cake. packaged and held for me to take with me as we were the next day. You must see the winery before leaving. Adolfo gave us a fabulous tour. This stop was a highlight of our trip. While the property is amazing, the genuine friendliness of the staff makes this an over the top experience.

Bucolic Setting

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 7 months ago

I stayed here for a night - coming straight from arriving at Santiago airport. The boutique hotel is situated in a very bucolic and peaceful setting. Staff service is warm and homely. The room is average (I requested for the minimalist room) but the views are amazing. The wine tour was good and the horse back riding activity was fun. The food served is very good.
