This is a luxury hotel, plush, pampering, with spa amenities. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased that it met our high expectations. About four blocks from the Plaza, the hotel makes coming and going easy. Nearby are art galleries and shops for clothing, jewelry, children’s toys, and keepsakes. An unexpected pleasure was the valet staff. These guys are prompt, friendly, and will get your car as often as you like. We made a couple trips—to visit friends, go to The Railyards—and they were very helpful each time. What excellent service!

My husband and I decided to take a one night trip to Santa Fe and stay at the El Dorado Hotel, and since the next day was Easter, we decided to experience the Easter Buffet the hotel. The Easter Buffet was absolutely an incredible experience . It was truly amazing as far as the service, and the way it was set up. Beautiful soft lighting, and the tables were spaced far enough apart that you felt like you were alone. It had the best variety of truly incredible, Unique gourmet food I've probably ever had. We will be back next year and for years to come!!!

Easter weekend and my first visit to Santa Fe. From the late night check in to the outstanding Easter brunch, the service and staff were first rate. Perfectly located and stylish. Clean, comfortable rooms - and quiet. (Great music scene too with the jazz guitar.) Will be back!

The Eldorado Hotel in Santa Fe is in a supreme location-it's inside the inner ring, where you can walk to great sites, museum, shopping, restaurants and bars. It's a half block from the Lensic-where you can see world class ballet, concerts and literary and music concerts. It's a large hotel with a spa and a rooftop pool-though it is very small for the size of the hotel and the hot hub was being repaired when were there-but the service is supreme as well. The concierge sends you a a text notice that they are expecting you and they actually return texts quickly. The front dest was efficient and when we had forgotten to bring toothbrushes they offers to bring two up to us-with toothpaste already on them. The parking is 24 hour-so you can still walk around after you check out the leave your car there. They had great knowledge of area interests and location to good food and drink-but you gotta check out their CAVA BAR-huge yet intimate areas as well, huge fireplace and dazzling contemporary decor. This hotel is part of the Heritage Group-always a class operation and staff. Try the Winterberry Mule in the bar-relish!

I was only in Santa Fe for a couple of days, but I was very pleased with the El Dorado hotel during my short visit. The location is perfect...just a few minutes walk to the Plaza. The lobby was beautiful and very tastefully decorated in southwestern style. The room was quite large even though I only had "standard" accommodations. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Santa Fe!
