This trip was a nightmare and it’s still going. I was injured during my stay due to my soap dispenser in my shower. ( it was taped on to the shower wall) yes taped. It fell on my toe. They said they would refund my money in several emails. Now that are saying I will get nothing. WTH???????? HORRIBLE HOTEL. DESPICABLE GM DISGRACEFUL CORPORATION D O N T. S T A Y.

Specious hotel, friendly staff, excellent room! Limited restaurant hours, out in the middle of nowhere. Wish there was things to do and places to eat around the hotel. Our tour manager had to find a restaurant nearby that could accommodate 50 people.

This was for a conference. The resort is isolated from any local shops or stores. There was a Cafe and restaurant on site but with limited hours. A Starbucks. This is an older Hilton as seen from some of the furniture and bed in the room. However the room was very clean and comfortable enough. The bathrooms well lit and offering excellent amenities. safe, ample hot beverage supply, and mini refrigerator. Having the balcony was super fun to just relax outside, weather permitting. The hotel has been very intentional in incorporating native American culture.

Wow what a disappointing Hilton location. This location has no appreciation for Hilton Diamond members. We checked in and wern't thanked for being Diamond members. Told them we were and they said O you have some waters in your room. Got to the room and it overlooked air conditioning units. The mini fridge didn't work, Stayed on a Friday night and the hotel was quiet. Two of the 3 restaurants were closed. The one that we ate at was terrible. I would not stay at this Hilton again.

There was a dog convention happening in the hotel during our stay. 350 dogs staying in the hotel. There were dogs making noise all night on our floor and the front desk was rude to me when I expressed my discomfort. Another thing is this location is awful for traveling. It was about 20 minutes away from Santa Fe and there was no option for food delivery. After a long day of traveling to get there, our only option of food was a hot dog from the casino. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so the hotel should have more option for food. We went to bed starving on our first night. We weren’t able to sleep well for both nights because of the dogs on our floor.
