Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows

Amazing view of the ocean and mountains, top notch service, treated my daughter like a princess, beautiful hotel. Our stay was way too short and we cannot wait to go back. Location is fantastic for Santa Monica pier, going to the beach and 3rd St Promenade. Also a great base for exploring Venice Beach and other nearby neighborhoods. Ekaterina was amazing at getting us set up and everyone we were in contact with made us feel like at home (albeit a much fancier home!).

Everything was wonderful. So well thought out. So many personal touches. Upon check in there were strawberry’s, prosecco and card (we spent the last two days of our honeymoon here). The view was to die for. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the pier. If you are traveling Route 66, it’s a great spot to wrap everything up and just relax. I wish I remembered more names of the people that helped us but Matthew Ellie was extremely professional and kind. He gave us water for our trip home and helped load our very heavy luggage into our car. Also there is a Dogtown Coffee location in the hotel as well as a few restaurants.

Rolando, Sandra, Melvin, and Miguel helped me everyday and even gave me amazing advice on where to get my convertible top fixed. What a breeze this trip was thanks to them.

I had an amazing night at the Fairmont! I took my girlfriend’s fitness class at EmWell and had the most delicious dinner at Fig. Will made us the most delicious cocktails and never fails to give excellent service. Matthew, Jonah, and Eddie always greet us with an outstanding attitude that sets a positive vibe for the night. Tonight we got to meet Deija, and she was such a sweetheart! We always love our time at the Fairmont and recommend coming to anyone who is curious:)

Concierge “Mateo” was very engaging and informative when I inquired about the hotels amenities, history, and overall aesthetic. He helped to cultivate the relaxing ambience that the hotel clearly intends to create.
