Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows

I had an amazing stay at the Miramar! Arrianna went above and beyond — she was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, making me feel right at home. I’ve stayed at other places in Santa Monica, but after this experience, the Miramar will be my go-to moving forward. The hospitality here is truly unmatched, and Arrianna is a big reason why.

We stayed one night in celebration of my 65th birthday. We were in king room with an ocean view. The room & bathroom was rather small but very clean & comfortable. The service was top notch from check-in to check-out. I was welcomed & greeted several times throughout our stay. We received cookies & water delivered to our room by Carlos and then a slice of birthday cake! Then later he brought me a vase for some flowers I received from my son. The valet attendants were friendly and the house car service gave us a ride to our dinner reservations and the driver, Angel was very nice! We had breakfast the next morning at the Fig & that was also very enjoyable. The food was great! We really enjoyed our time and it was a memorable birthday for me. Thank you !

Amazing service. Came here to celebrate our engagement and the hotel were kind enough to upgrade us to a lovely room. Ethan was especially nice and helpful. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am to them.

I’ve had the great joy of staying at The Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica on 3 occasions within a 2-month period, and everything from the rooms to the restaurants to the service and more was outstanding. Assistant Managers Matthew & Georgey went out of their way to ensure my experience would be one to remember every single time thanks to great kindness and wonderful upgrades. Same for Jermaine at the front desk whom it’s been a pleasure to interact with and also went above & beyond. All of it being a reflexion of the fantastic management leadership under the Hotel Manager Thay. Lastly, whether staying at the hotel or just visiting LA, Fig restaurant is a must-try; the space is beautiful, service impeccable, and the food delicious.
