Wonderful hotel with warm service
We had a wonderful 5-day visit at the Fairmont Miramar. The hotel is very well located right across from the beach in Santa Monica, and close to everything. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to an Ocean view room, with breathtaking views. But what makes the hotel really special are the people. All the staff members we met were very warm and helpful. A couple of examples: (1) we ate in the Lobby lounge three times -- everyone was so accommodating and (2) the parking attendants, particularly Alan, Johan, Chris, Deja and Matthew, were so welcoming and efficient. We look forward to returning to the Miramar when we're in the LA area again.

I had the best experience with Alan, Sal and Sandra. I’ve never been so wowed by a valet team. They are amazing in every way and what service should look like at a hotel. I’ll be back for breakfast and a longer stay.

Amazing view of the ocean and mountains, top notch service, treated my daughter like a princess, beautiful hotel. Our stay was way too short and we cannot wait to go back. Location is fantastic for Santa Monica pier, going to the beach and 3rd St Promenade. Also a great base for exploring Venice Beach and other nearby neighborhoods. Ekaterina was amazing at getting us set up and everyone we were in contact with made us feel like at home (albeit a much fancier home!).

We were looking for a wonderful location in Santa Monica ...when we arrived at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows we found a marvelous hotel, with a great concierge to help us and a superb view of the ocean! It was a dream come true.
