Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows

We were lucky enough to spend a quick staycation at this lovely property. The entire staff could not have been better. The team made this quite a memorable stay. The location is central to most highlights and attractions in Santa Monica. A great location to walk and see the city.

My wife and I stayed in a bungalow as part of our honeymoon, and it was probably the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in. Lots of space, amazing shower and bathroom, great location. We valet parked and Matthew was really helpful.

I have had the most amazing time at the The Fairmont Miramar. The hospitality and professionalism displayed by each and EVERY staff member I have encounteredis nothing less than gold standard. Melvin at Valet was the first person I met. He welcomed me, answered all of my questions, and calmed me down after a hot car ride in traffic. As the valet, he is essentially the face of the hotel, and he couldn't be more well-suited to represent this iconic location. Well-spoken, caring, and professional, Melvin is an outstanding team member and customer service expert. Upon arrival, I went directly to the lounge. Leslie greeted me warmly and set me up with luxurious patio table with couches and pillows. She inquired about where I was from and was genuinely interested in getting to know me. I enjoyed fantastic cocktails and personalized service from Leslie and the team. Sushi at Soku was 10/10. Hands down delicious and high quality. Maria was a ray of sunshine at Fig restaurant. Personable, warm, and brightly spirited, she made breakfast into an occasion. She had wonderful recommendations and knew where local menu ingredients had been sourced. She was a delight to be around and I will return specifically to be served by her again. Thank you to all the hotel team members at the Fairmont Miramar. You have literally made this vacation into the trip of a lifetime. My party has already discussed returning again next year. :)

**Title: Our New Home Away from Home in Los Angeles** Our stay at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows was absolutely phenomenal. My son and I arrived on Friday for a concert, and my husband joined us on Saturday. Although this was our first stay, everyone made us feel like longtime, valued guests. Ethan, who assisted us at check-in, was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Matthew, at the main entrance, went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. We are also very grateful to Alan and Salvador, who were extremely helpful and contributed to making our visit so memorable. The location is beautiful, and the hotel has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. We did not notice any disturbing noise, and the services and amenities were excellent. Every area we visited was clean and beautifully cared for. What impressed us most was the staff’s remarkable attention to detail and communication. When we arrived by car, someone asked for our name, and by the time we reached the lobby area, another staff member already knew who we were. That level of personalized service was truly impressive. When my husband arrived, we explained that he was still becoming comfortable speaking English after living in the United States for only three years. Several staff members immediately spoke Spanish with him and made a special effort to ensure that he felt comfortable and included. Their thoughtfulness genuinely touched us. The servers and the entire team at FIG were also wonderful. Everyone was respectful, polished, calm, and attentive. Even the beautiful uniforms reflected the hotel’s elegance and professionalism. Matthew was also kind enough to show us how to leave a review since we booked through Expedia. We usually stay in Orange County when visiting the Los Angeles area, but after this wonderful experience, the Fairmont Miramar will be our hotel of choice. We completely fell in love with the location, the atmosphere, and especially the remarkable people who work there. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We cannot wait to return!
