Love the Fairmont! 10/10

I had an amazing night at the Fairmont! I took my girlfriend’s fitness class at EmWell and had the most delicious dinner at Fig. Will made us the most delicious cocktails and never fails to give excellent service. Matthew, Jonah, and Eddie always greet us with an outstanding attitude that sets a positive vibe for the night. Tonight we got to meet Deija, and she was such a sweetheart! We always love our time at the Fairmont and recommend coming to anyone who is curious:)

Concierge “Mateo” was very engaging and informative when I inquired about the hotels amenities, history, and overall aesthetic. He helped to cultivate the relaxing ambience that the hotel clearly intends to create.

Just got back from a solo stay at the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica and it was exactly what I needed. The property itself is perfectly located for beach walks and easy exploring, but what really stood out was the service. Everyone I interacted with was kind and attentive, but a special shoutout to Eddie at valet/concierge. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel genuinely welcome and took the time to share thoughtful recommendations that made my trip even better. Traveling solo can sometimes feel a bit isolating, but the warmth here made it feel comfortable and easy. Would absolutely come back.
