Our stay at the Fairmont Miramar exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful ocean views, two balconies and plenty of room to relax. We were also grateful to be able to check in early. A special thank you to Ekaterina, who was exceptionally kind, thoughtful and accommodating from the moment I contacted the hotel. She took the time to understand what we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The welcome amenities waiting in our suite were an unexpected and very thoughtful touch. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel provided a peaceful setting in which we could slow down, relax and enjoy time together as a family. Thank you again to Ekaterina and everyone at the Fairmont Miramar. We would gladly return.

This was our first time at this hotel. I booked it with the visa luxury collection. The service was above and beyond. We got welcome gifts and they were super accommodating. The view was incredible and its close walking distance to the beach, pier and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Come with an expectation that it's an older hotel... Yes there some remodeling that needs to be done but honestly the service, food, and LOCATION outshined here. They attempt to modernize the rooms which I give them credit for because it's not that bad but bathrooms are expected to be outdated since this hotel is old as their humongous fig tree. It still was not terrible! Everything was working well still in our room and bathroom. Rooms were clean! Great value for Amex members. We love the service here. Everyone was so professional and kind. Those valet guys were the best we ever had!! And we stay in numerous hotels in country and internationally! They honestly were so kind in taking our scooters in and out of storage whenever we needed them. Daniel was great and so were the others! Those guys need more credit running around in their suits in this heat while maintaining their smiles and professionalism, and managing the constant chaos in this roundabout! Food was amazing at the FIG. Better than I expected it to be! Location is clutch here. This is close to all the shopping, restaurants, park, and most importantly the beach! You can rent e-bikes and bikes here. We love how this hotel is dog friendly as well! Mr. Chuck had a splendid time. We definitely will be back!!
