We have 1 more night here at this Fairmont property in Santa Monica. The staff is so welcoming,friendly and professional, we feel like family and royalty at the same time. The atmosphere has such a nice vibe and when entering the lobby one never knows what staff member you may encounter. While waiting for my husband in the lobby the head chef Joseph "Cook"" (yes that's his real name) inquired about our stay and genuinely interested about our food experience. The night before when we dined at the authentic Sushi restaurant (Brian our waiter was attentive and engaging) we missed out on the famous Miso ice cream as it had not yet completed the setting process. He immediately ran to the kitchen and brought us two scoops and it was delicious! Rooms are clean, spacious, and service is second to none. Location perfect with easy access to Ocean Drive and beautiful views. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Looking forward to returning soon.

Booked the bungalows for a girl’s trip and it completely delivered. Private, gorgeous, and the kind of place that makes everyone feel like they’re getting away with something. Great vibes, incredible service!! 10/10 would do it again!!

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Fairmont Marimar. Hotel itself is great anyway but what made our stay wonderful was the staff. We went there for a special occasion and the reception team was incredibly helpful in making our time memorable. We would 100% come back, and thanks again for the brilliant team at the hotel!

From the moment before I even arrived, the service was exceptional. Ekaterina went above and beyond to make sure all of my room requests and preferences were taken care of. She even ensured my room was ready for my early arrival and arranged a beautiful welcome setup that made the stay feel truly special. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests really stood out. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Matthew at the front drive, who remembered me from my stay last year — such a thoughtful and personal touch that made me feel welcomed back. The hotel amenities are fantastic, and I especially appreciated having access to the spa changing rooms and showers after checkout, which made my departure day much more comfortable and relaxing. I absolutely love this hotel and can not wait to be back!
