**Title: Our New Home Away from Home in Los Angeles** Our stay at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows was absolutely phenomenal. My son and I arrived on Friday for a concert, and my husband joined us on Saturday. Although this was our first stay, everyone made us feel like longtime, valued guests. Ethan, who assisted us at check-in, was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Matthew, at the main entrance, went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. We are also very grateful to Alan and Salvador, who were extremely helpful and contributed to making our visit so memorable. The location is beautiful, and the hotel has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. We did not notice any disturbing noise, and the services and amenities were excellent. Every area we visited was clean and beautifully cared for. What impressed us most was the staff’s remarkable attention to detail and communication. When we arrived by car, someone asked for our name, and by the time we reached the lobby area, another staff member already knew who we were. That level of personalized service was truly impressive. When my husband arrived, we explained that he was still becoming comfortable speaking English after living in the United States for only three years. Several staff members immediately spoke Spanish with him and made a special effort to ensure that he felt comfortable and included. Their thoughtfulness genuinely touched us. The servers and the entire team at FIG were also wonderful. Everyone was respectful, polished, calm, and attentive. Even the beautiful uniforms reflected the hotel’s elegance and professionalism. Matthew was also kind enough to show us how to leave a review since we booked through Expedia. We usually stay in Orange County when visiting the Los Angeles area, but after this wonderful experience, the Fairmont Miramar will be our hotel of choice. We completely fell in love with the location, the atmosphere, and especially the remarkable people who work there. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We cannot wait to return!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our time at the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica. Exceptional service, food and amenities were provided. Celebrated a family wedding and it was the perfect venue!

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond in the most thoughtful, genuine ways. Every team member we encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive; always ready with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a quiet check-in to make sure everything was perfect. They made us feel less like guests and more like family!! The valet were some of the friendliest crew I have encountered. The grounds are simply stunning, beautifully maintained, peaceful, and full of lovely details that made every walk a pleasure. Our room was spotless, thoughtfully appointed, and so comfortable that it was hard to leave. The level of cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. Breakfast in FIG restaurant was a true highlight. The service was outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of the food they were serving. Everything was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly paced. It felt special without being stuffy. The absolute crowning moment of our stay was the wonderful surprise the team arranged for my son’s birthday. They handled everything with such care and creativity that it genuinely moved us. The thoughtful details, the genuine excitement from the staff, and the loving atmosphere they created made his day unforgettable. It was clear this wasn’t just “doing their job” they truly wanted to make the celebration magical for him (and for us). This hotel doesn’t just meet expectations it EXCEEDS them in every possible way. We left feeling grateful, well cared for, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!! A must stay for for families for the most memorable experience!!

My wife and I shared an amazing experience to celebrate our 34th Wedding Anniversary. From reservations to front desk, from concierge to the restaurants, we had a fantastic time. We enjoyed every aspect of the property, including the Coffee Shop, the Fitness Center and the Pool. We can't wait to come back!!!

We had a company offsite at the property for four days. The service was incredible, the food outstanding. I highly recommend the hotel for a vacation or work event! It does not disappoint! The hotel rooms were also equally luxurious.
