Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows

Matthew the valet and Victor the concierge provided fantastic support and help. In fact they were typical of all the staff who were professional courteous and respectful plus they were friendly and so having a chat was very enjoyable So if you are in Santa Monica stay at the Miramar hotel it is a great experience

The service at this hotel is impeccable. Overall, the feeling is warm and welcoming at all stages, from your arrival experience from valet service from pros like Matthew and Armando to front desk, room service and every other aspect of this great hotel. this is the only place I stay when coming to Santa Monica. Not only is the view beautiful but the rooms are comfortable and feel like a home away from home for a business traveler, especially. I will definitely be back many times.

I had some issues during my stay, but when talking with the staff at the Fairmont its very clear that they prioritize customer service. Especially helpful was Ethan during my check out... he asked about the stay and then did everything in his power to mitigate the issues. This was not only appreciated but very welcomed considering great customer service is hard to come by. Kudos to Ethan for making sure my last impression upon checking out was a very positive one!!

My wife and I drove separately to the hotel, and when it came time to go home, unfortunately, we didn’t have cash to tip our valets- Rogelio and Bryan. Regardless, they gave us service with a smile. Perhaps, going forward , the valets can share their Venmo QR codes for us non-cash-carrying types to tip them

Valet guys Melvin & Kris were so kind , quick and courteous and professional. 5 stars!
