Huntley Santa Monica Beach

This hotel was great! They offer amenities like the other hotels but with better customer experience. The penthouse has incredible views and great food. Go here if you like to be treated with class.

Beautiful hotel. Elegance of a high end hotel with personal touch of a boutique. Fresh flowers, nice decorations in lobby. Rooms are specious and well appointed. Great staff - thanks Blake and team for the wonderful hospitality. Also a scenic rooftop restaurant.

stayed at the Huntley for my birthday and upgraded to one of your suites. My friend had decorated the room, which made the experience feel really special. Unfortunately, the AC in the room wasn’t working. I called down and was told a technician was being sent up, but the issue continued. The next day, I went to the desk and was then informed that the entire system was actually broken. I wish this had been communicated to me earlier. Because of how hot the room was, my friends became uncomfortable and ended up leaving early, which really impacted the experience I was hoping for on my birthday. I was offered a room on the 17th floor, but since the decorations couldn’t be moved and I had to leave, I felt like the celebration I planned was essentially cut short. I wanted to share this because the situation did affect my stay in a meaningful way. I would really appreciate if you could look into this and see what can be done as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience and the disrupted experience. I was truly impressed with my stay at the Huntley. The moment we arrived, the valet service was professional and friendly. The concierge and check in was swift and they gave us a nice room upgrade. The size of the room with 2 doubles was spacious and we had a corner view facing Santa Monica beach. The sunset was visible and made the atmosphere beautiful. The bathrooms are on the smaller size but make up for that with a terrific shower and the lighting was great. I will definitely return.
