Huntley Santa Monica Beach

I think there are much better options, but if you do decide to stay here, please consider: 1. There is a parking charge over $75 per night! 2. When they say ‘sea view’ they mean partial sea view. The view from the room is a city view, even through we paid extra. When I raised this issue with reception I was told that they don’t have rooms on the front overlooking the sea…… very odd that this is advertised on Booking.com. This could be an issue with Booking.com and not the hotel. 3. The Aircom in the room did not work. Tools left on the window sill from their previous repair? 4. Avoid the 16th floor as this is directly below the ‘Penthouse restaurant’… they start working in the restaurant at 5am and you can hear this in your room on the 16th floor. 5. I would recommend breakfast somewhere else. We travelled for the past two weeks and these were the worst pancakes and waffles by a long way, and more expensive than the Langham! 6. The price drops days before, which can be frustrating when you advance pay. Sounds like a lot to complain about, but this is the only hotel over our two week vacation that we had issues with.

I have stayed at the Huntley many times for business, staff, rooms, valet and view have consistently been great. The gym is a little small, so it can be hard to find room.

I love this hotel! It’s amazing! I also wanted to make sure I took the time to leave Ozzi a great review. He was incredibly helpful, professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He made a lasting impression. People like Ozzi are what make a hotel stay feel special. He’s a great representation of the hotel, and I truly appreciate everything he did. Highly recommend!

I had booked a room with two queen beds and did not receive this room was forced to upgrade to a junior suite where I had to sleep on a cardboard sofa bed! Way too expensive to be treated like that!!

We love love love this hotel and can't wait to return. It is very boutique and personal with lovely rooms, a super jacuzzi and sauna area, a restaurant with a stunning view and the best staff ever.. all of them. Thank you for an amazing stay.
