Oceana Beach Club Hotel

Great hotel right by the beach, Sean was great helped with some bags and dropped off some amazing room service!

Beautiful hotel and what made it extra special was the GM, Kevin! He truly went above and beyond helping my husband after a long marathon race. Would 100% come back and recommend to others for Kevin alone! And really, the whole staff was extremely attentive as well. 10/10 service

What a special gem of a hotel! Situated in the middle of paradise on Santa Monica Beach and filled with the most helpful warm staff. I visited with my mom and everyone went out of their way to take such good care of us. Yoga in the morning is a must and coffee or juice by the pool is a delight. Thank you to Kevin, Peter and Eric and the rest of the team.

We had a wonderful stay at Oceana Santa Monica with our family. The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and in a fantastic location near the ocean. A special thank you to Kevin Hong, the General Manager, for the warm welcome and thoughtful hospitality. As a Korean family visiting Los Angeles, we were especially touched by the handwritten welcome note in Korean. It was such a small but meaningful gesture that made us feel truly welcomed. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the overall service was excellent. Our family really enjoyed our time here, and Oceana will definitely be one of our first choices when we return to Santa Monica. Thank you, Kevin and the entire Oceana team, for making our stay so memorable!

We all know there are beautiful luxurious hotels in every city. This one absolutely is but it is not what made this stay stand out. The property layout is extremely unique as it is a revamped condominium complex that many movie stars used to call home ( Dick VanDyke and Stan Laurel to name the ones I remembered). Most of the rooms face the pool in the middle of the complex with a large glass door with curtains. The designing of the rooms is gorgeous with high end sheets, large tvs, beautiful carpet, furniture and amenities. I really did not want to leave. Above that however was the above and beyond EVERY single staff member contributed. Starting with Eric and Mike at the front desk, who were extremely helpful in giving us recommendations for places to go. They also have free bikes to use - we rode 6 miles down to Venice Beach and back. Spent some time at the pool and got to know Francisco who waited on us for breakfast and lunch- food is amazing as well :) Francisco stood out as so personable and helpful- we enjoyed getting to know him. I give credit to the General Manager Kevin Hong- who introduced himself to everyone there and immediately remembered everyone’s names and made sure their stay was going perfectly. I have never had service like this at any hotel before- and we travel quite a bit! He genuinely cares and you can tell he absolutely loves his job and making sure guests are having the best time while they are there. We should have eaten at the new restaurant there- Le Monique- but we just didn’t have time! Next time for sure!! The beach is right across the street as well and the sunset from the hotel is amazing on the veranda. We cannot wait to visit again :) Thanks Oceana!
