Not what we expected
Upgraded room had obstructed view of the very small pool on one side and a dirty alleyway on the other. We were woken up from a sound sleep twice during the night by an in room fire alarm for no reason (no smoke or even steam). Drinks were about twice the price they should have been ($28 for weak mimosa), and we were charged a health fee to pay for their workers health plan. Parking was almost $100 and very slow to get in and out. Nice location, but never going back.

Gracious and impeccable!
Antoine, David, Peter and the rest of the group went above and beyond, answering emails in advance, helping with our gold status upgrade, we got an amazing room, and was such a beautiful stay! Can’t thank them enough!!
