Oceana Beach Club Hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oceana Santa Monica. The hotel is beautiful, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible level of service and attention to detail from the entire team. A very special thank you to Antoine, Peter, and the entire valet crew they were tremendous throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they were always there to open the doors, greet us with a smile, ask if we needed anything, and help with any questions or requests we had. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming every single time we saw them. We were also celebrating our 5-year anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a thoughtful complimentary dessert and a personalized note waiting for us in our room. It made our anniversary feel even more special. Those little details really show how much Oceana cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests. The hospitality here truly stood out. Everyone made us feel welcomed and taken care of from beginning to end, and Antoine, Peter, and the valet team especially went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to everyone at Oceana for making our stay in Santa Monica so memorable. It's official!! I found my favorite home away from home. My husband and I had the wonderful pleasure of staying at The Oceana Santa Monica Hotel for a second time. The first time, I was in total bliss and loved every moment. We stayed in an incredible suite with a sweet swing to kick off the fun. When we entered the room, we were greeted by the gorgeous details of the luxurious space. The second time, we stayed in an oceanside penthouse suite. Of course, my husband arranged this incredible surprise for me, so when I walked in, it was absolutely HEAVENLY!! Once again, the attention to detail, the ocean view, the balcony, the expansive living room, and the perfectly appointed bathroom were all a dream! And that's just the accommodations, which don't even come close to the staff's service. They are above top-notch. They truly understand how to host their guests. I want to shout out a few standouts that made our stay memorable and will keep us coming back again and again. These individuals went above and beyond, addressing any issues with exemplary service. Peter at the front desk. Antoine, guest services. Aubrey, Sandpiper restaurant. Kayla, in-room dining. Ja, housekeeping. There were more, but we unfortunately forgot their names. I said it the first time, and I'll say it again: I'm ready to move in!! Thank you to everyone at Hotel Oceana for all that you do to provide such a delightful experience for all of your guests.

What an amazing Hotel The customer service was top notch. Kayla and Aubrey personal attention as servers. Antoine at front desk and Lenny made the stay first rate.

We stayed at Oceana Hotel almost every time we visit LA. It’s been one of our favorite hotels. The room is spacious, good for families traveling with kids. The service is particularly good. Antoine and Josh at the front desk are very helpful in helping me find what I need. The location is also great.

Antoine was great, very attentive to requests. Would recommend. downsides of this property are the loud in-room HVAC, and some noise leakage between rooms. It’s a little far away from main attractions like restaurants but the actual property is great!
