Oceana Beach Club Hotel

What an exceptional experience all around at The Oceana Santa Monica. It started with our dinner at La Monique and the beyond exceptional service from Christian our waiter. The attention he had to detail from the moment he arrived at our table to go over the menu which was presented so eloquently to the attention throughout our dinner. We eat out alot and he surpassed any waiter experience we have ever had. How fortunate the Oceana is to have someone that understands the depth of customer service and taking it that one step further. Exceptional! Our experience at the restaurant was so amazing, Christian ended up introducing us to the incredible chef that had the most delectable cuisine and the manager who graciously came to our table to talk to us as well. It was from this incredible experience at the restaurant that we decided to book an overnight stay at the hotel. When checking in the next day, I was by the pool, waiting with my luggage and the lovely gentleman named Sean came over and asked if I would like anything to drink. I told him I was just waiting to check in and he so very kindly and graciously offered to bring over a cappuccino complimentary. Service! I need to mention that he was also our waiter for dinner the next evening and he was so beyond pleasant and enjoyable. Andrew at the front desk was so very gracious with us upon check-in and checking out. Reissuing a key that couldn’t be found without any problems. Holding our luggage for the afternoon. Our room, #302 was absolutely beautiful! I cannot say more than enough about our experience, we have stayed at a lot of beautiful hotels, and this one is definitely ranked one of our tops. Thank you, Oceana for the wonderful stay! Cannot wait to come back!

Fantastic visit to the Oceana to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. Location is down Pacific Ave from the hubbub which is so lovely. Rooms are impeccable with many having views of the Pacific Ocean. Staff and service was next-level and reflected the luxury and vibe of the Oceana Big props to Andrew and Erick who were extra helpful in making our weekend so memorable. Very highly recommend!

Loved my experience at Oceana - boutique tucked away location about a mile from 3rd Street Promenade. SEAN and the rest of the staff are very attentive. Was able to have a lovely staycation and catch up with a dear friend on a quiet Sunday with cocktails by the amazing Sean!

Oceana was a cute hotel with unique rooms right on Ocean. The General Manager Kevin was very welcoming and made our family feel right at home with friendly excellent service. With a glass of wine and music by the pool you almost forget the beach is across the street. The iconic Santa Monica Pier, restaurants and shopping are a short walk away.
