Oceana Beach Club Hotel

Amazing all around. Josh and Lenny did a great job for us!!

This hotel was exceptionally beautiful, had a wonderful location, absolutely amazing accommodations and comfortable beds. The only negative comment I have is on the breakfast. For a very expensive cup of coffee it was nothing more than what they were serving free in the pool area and was unfortunately not even as good as a cup of Starbucks. I think simply improving the coffee would have made a significant change. Josh, Lenny, and Antoine were phenomenal as far as their help in customer service!

I came with my girlfriend and daughter from San Diego for the night and had a wonderful experience. Peter, Andrew, and Surafel provided the warmest and most professional check in experience i have had. All housekeepers, servers, and staff greeted us when we walked by. Room had all the amenities you expect from a 5 star hotel. I hope to come back in the future!

This was 5 star plus from beginning to end. The location couldn’t be better for Santa Monica. Ocean view even from our first floor room. On the corner so you cross the street and you are in Palisades Park. The walk from Oceana to the end of the pier is 1.4 miles so it’s a perfect distant for a morning or sunset walk. 3rd Street Promenade is two blocks. Atmosphere. Personal and exclusive. The hotel and the staff make you feel like are somebody. It started with Lenny at Valet. He guided us to our room and gave us a history of the hotel and was a go to person our entire stay. SUPERIOR. Saye was amazing and his presence was impressive. He gave us great visitor tips and went out of his way to talk to us whenever he saw us. OUTSTANDING. Aubrey was our server twice at the poolside restaurant and what a breath of fresh air with her smile and attitude. She took a genuine interest in us and her service was 5 star. PHENOMENAL. Josh and Antoine at the front desk took great care of us and went over our final bill line by line which was appreciated. PROFESSIONAL. Room. The room was top notch and exactly the right size. No wasted space and it was exquisitely decorated. The room service was impeccable and we received turn down service. METICULOUS. Cleanliness. Nothing was out of place anywhere. It was perfect. The pool loungers were so comfortable Amenities. The pool area was unforgettable. The sunset terrace provided a great view anytime. The fact that there aren’t a ton of rooms makes you feel well taken care of and you become familiar with all staff and fellow visitors. There is no question that we WILL stay here again. PERFECT

Best staff ever! Every single employee from outside the hotel, to the desk, to the pool, restaurant. Every employee was perfection.
