Always love to visit OCEANA because of great hospitality. Thanks to Lenny and Dan for giving me such a warm welcome and showing such thoughtful kindness. And further, we were able to enjoy Santa Monica Beach with a free bike rental service, and we spent three days relaxing and staying healthy with morning yoga lessons from Angie. Thank you 😊

Oceana was the perfect 1st day of our California 9 day trip experience. Crème de la crème service from greeted out of the taxi to checking out. Lenny made our Anniversary trip extra special, Lenny is highly experienced in the area and can point you in just about every direction in any category of leisure of the area. If you are looking for a remarkable luxury experience for any holiday- this is your spot. Food was exquisite at the Sandpiper- if you are looking for a casual up-scale meal!

The hotel staff was wonderful and attentive, and they took really great care of the property (for example, they were so quick to clean up the pool spots as each guest left, which meant there was always an inviting lounge chair available when you wanted one). They were also very accommodating with some additional requests. Dan and Lenny were always there to greet with a smile or offer help with local recommendations or grabbing waters. We enjoyed using the complimentary bikes, sitting poolside, and eating breakfast at the cute hotel restaurant (again, with lovely staff). The cleaning staff was also friendly and did a great job keeping the rooms clean, tidy, and turned down for night time. The location was convenient to lots of fun spots. Overall, a great stay!

The furnishing of the hotel is astonishing and unique! Everything is very elegant and modern but still cozy and comfortable. Lenny and Dan were extremely helpful and incredibly pleasant to be with. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back anytime!

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious and quiet hotel with beautiful suites. Felt like a home! Staff were all really helpful and caring, especially the wait staff at the restaurant and the valet staff were especially gracious. Nestor, Lenny and Dan were all so good to us. Made us feel special and valued. Will definitely come back! The one thing that bothered us was the small plastic water bottles which were the only source of good drinking water (the tap water has a weird taste). This is not environmentally friendly. I think offering glass bottles of water from a purifier would be a much more green option. Everyone knows that most plastic doesn’t get recycled and that drinking out of plastic introduces microplastics to the body. So I hope this one flaw is addressed.
