vacation stay

Look or ask about all the additional fees for your room, and self-parking, totals almost $60 a night. Stains in rooms on lamps and carpet. Toilet didn't flush properly and poor shower pressure. Staff was all good though and pool area was relaxing.

Hidden fees

Broken shower and hidden unexpected fees. Very pricey for what you get. Hotel should have been upfront with fees.

Not a great experience

Front desk staff is a mess. They have no clue and their managers don't help them. They made our stay frustrating.

Not Great

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We stayed at this location 4/21-4/22 and while we were excited to stay at your property based on reviews and being Hyatt fans, we were less than impressed with the accommodations. The check in process was easy, quick and the front desk staff were very kind. The rooms however were dated, and were not well kept. Our AC made clunking noises all night, the windows would not open all the way, the toilet took about 30 mins to fill after each flush making it uncomfortable for the unrelated adults staying in the room. The hallways were hot and unwelcoming. Prior to our stay in Sonoma, we stayed at a Hyatt Regency in San Francisco. Although both Regency status, there was a drastic difference between the two hotels. For the cost we spent on the room for one night, it certainly did not meet our expectations. We were pretty disappointed in our stay.

Excellent Stay

This is our hotel of choice in Santa Rosa! Grossman’s down the street, a beautiful courtyard and trail access makes this a perfect location!
