Our travel agent moved us to Andronis on last minute because we weren't satisfied with the original hotel they put us in, and oh boy, we glad we moved here! It was exactly what we have always imagined of a romantic honeymoon experience in Santorini. In fact we enjoyed it so much, we hardly left our room! Andronis Luxury Suites provides one of the highest level of service that we had experience during our stay in luxury hotels around the world. All staffs seem to be trained to always provide top notch service. Breakfast service is a memory of a lifetime. The staff will bring your personalized tray (with your own selections from the previous night list) and you just sit there on your balcony overlooking at the Aegean sea. Very relaxing and the foods were also delicious! Thank you to all the staffs who worked very hard and made our honeymoon dream came true! Special thanks to Neseli, the Front Office lady, that checked us in and helped us with our requests and Tasos, who brought our breakfast trays many times and was our server at the restaurant. Don't forget to try their award winning restaurant, Lycabettus, while you're staying there. The view is breathtaking and it's a prefect setting for a romantic dinner. We sat next to a couple who smoke and the wind blowed the smoke straight to our table. I don't smoke and I was pregnant, so we asked for a new table. They moved us to a table that was secluded and it felt like we were having our very own private dinner. That's what I call service beyond expectation! The only feedback I can think of is to provide different amenities. We stayed for 3 nights and every night we got the same nougats during the turndown service. To conclude, it is not a cheap, but I can guarantee that you will enjoy it and wish you could have stayed longer!

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in June 2017 after our wedding in Tel-Aviv - our mini honeymoon. Andronis is the most perfect place to relax. We had a wonderful room with a private outdoor jacuzzi cave and breathtaking view. We had a candlelit degustation menu on our first night, and spent many hours every day by the swimming pool. The service is incredible - they think of everything to take care of you. I must confess we didn't actually see much of beautiful Oia or the rest of Santorini because we were so happy staying at the resort! Thank you all for making our mini-honeymoon a wonderful relaxing time before flying back home to London.

If we return to Santorini, we will definitely stay at Andirons Luxury Suites! We stayed in a deluxe suite (Aphrodite) with an outdoor jacuzzi. Of the six hotels we visited while in Greece, this was far and away our favorite! The room was one floor up from the lobby, meaning we did not have to traverse many steps to get to the pedestrian "mall." Our room was spacious with a sleeping area that could have been curtained off from the sitting area. (The curtains were gauzy and would not provide privacy or block light but would make it feel cozy.) The sitting area had a long cushioned sofa/bench, a large coffee table and a desk. We had a balcony with a small dining area (where we had breakfast each morning of our stay) and the jacuzzi. From the jacuzzi, we had a great view of the volcano and Fira. Breakfast was delivered to our room at the requested time. What a luxury! Each evening, we would complete a form with our breakfast requests. The menu offered so many choices--eggs, meats, cheese, cured meats, pastries, breads, fruits, yogurt, juices, coffee/tea. We thoroughly enjoyed eating on the balcony with a view of the calm waters of the Aegean. The hotel is conveniently located along the pedestrian mall. It was easy to stroll out to get to Amoudi Bay (which has a number of restaurants serving very fresh seafood), the trail to Fira as well as all the shops and historic sites in Oia. Because we were celebrating our anniversary, the hotel staff greeted us with a gorgeous bouquet of lilies, a large fruit plate and quotations about love. And as part of the regular service, we got nightly nougats (custom made for the hotel with pistachios and dried cranberries) and turndown service. I especially want to call our the excellent service provided by Nafalli, who greeted us at the car drop off and took care of us throughout our stay, and by Nadia, the hotel manager. We had scheduled a hotel car to pick us up at the ferry terminal and drive us to Oia. Unfortunately, there was no car to greet us, and after several calls with the hotel, the car arrived (1.5 hours after we arrived). When we arrived at the hotel, Nadia apologized for the snafu and told us that we would not be charged for the service AND that the hotel would take us back to the ferry at no charge. It was a most generous apology and an example of the outstanding customer-orientation.
