Our wedding planner, Antonia, and photographer, Dimitria, made our wedding experience at Mystique and over the top experience. Wow, these ladies are pros and so cool to work with from start to finish. They go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect and are so accommodating and helpful. If you are thinking of getting married in Santorini, don't look anywhere else. The setting is magical and chic, the amenities and suites are 5-Star, the location is close enough to Oia for an easy jaunt into town, yet far enough away to make for a secluded affair. We will definitely be back and look forward to keeping in touch with Antonia and Dimitria!

Lovely hotel set on the side of the caldera in Oia. All rooms are cave like and there are a lot of steps. Room was stunning with an outside jacussi on the deck area. Had 2 lovely evening meals and the breakfasts are wonderful in choice and quality. Pool and sunbathing area is limited but nice. Staffwise Maria is just awesome.

The location is magnificent....the stairs are a nightmare because they are so deep, but its required to get this amazing view. I have the deepest respect for the staff who climb up and down them all day for cleaning and carrying guests bags. Good exercise, but definitely if you have problems with your knees I would hesitate - but there again a lot of the properties have stairs. The service was exceptional from the check-in staff and the main restaurant and the breakfast were fantastic and very generous. The room did not meet our expectations - it looks good, but really not practical. For example, the bed did not have enough room to get around to go to the toilet at night, so you disturb your partner. The sofa in the lounge was rock hard, so not somewhere you can relax. The bathroom had the shower in a big old jacuzzi which I found difficult to get in and out of. So yes it looked good, but did not deliver in terms of a place where you would want to hang out - luckily there is plenty to do so you don't have to stay in the room, but most of the time it was our only shade. We also arranged a package with champagne, flowers - please note they are not giving you Champagne, they gave us Prossecco and it wasn't very nice. They brought a fruit platter during their welcome process and we didn't eat fruit that night and was looking forward to it the next day and in the room clean the next day they removed the platter, even though the fruit was not cut up. The highlight was the service and food in the restaurant - special mention to Kostas, Sakis and Maria for their exceptional service and friendliness. Overall the prices per night are very high and I don't think it is value for money. Room I give 3 stars, service, food and views 5 stars, with an overall rating of 4 stars.

When you first get there, it's a hike up and down those stairs but wow, what a view...you will want to pinch yourself that you are here and that you get to literally sleep in a luxury cavern and then wake up to a view of the calderas. Santorini is sumply beautiful and staying at a hotel like Mystique makes you appreciate the people who built these amazing structures literally on cliffs. We were just in another world and loving it. The pictures will never do this place justice. The hotel restaurant had a wonderful breakfast spread and the staff was nothing but accomodating. OH yeah at check in, be sure to get the refreshing lemonade - i went back for seconds!

The hotel is beautiful and it's situated on the bet part of OIa. The rooms are cave like and are kept cold to contrast with the heat during the summer. The staff is wonderful, really went out of their way to make our stay a delight. The baggage men are amazing and in great shape to be able to carry the luggage up those steep stairs. Oh yes, let me talk about the stairs. They are many and are difficult to climb unless you are in the best of shape. We ended up planning our exits to avoid any unnecessary trips up. This is the norm in OIa and in most hotels. Some have more some have less. The hotel is very expensive and the staff made up the difference in the higher price. Congrats to Maria, Era, and Despina for wonderful service with a friendly smile. And yes, the reception staff was great and very helpful.
