We arrived here, and at first the view is stunning. When checked in, there was nice personal touch by the staff, very friendly and always helpful. We initially had a slight issue with the first room, as it did not have blinds, to block out daylight when sleeping. However very quickly they offered us another room, which we was very happy with. Room was spacious, good bed, jacuzzi and private balcony with amazing view. Breakfast was also great, and have to say we had a great experience staying at this hotel. We had booked another hotel of our last 2 days, which had greater views, but unfortunately not the same comforts as this one had. Would return if given the chance.

My family stayed here for a few nights on our vacation to Greece. The beauty of the hotel & the area around it is astonishing & you can probably say the same thing about most hotels in Santorini. The difference between this hotel and most is the great service and staff. These people are hard workers and are very eager to help you and assist you despite the language barrier. It’s a bit expensive, but totally worth the stay! It was very easy for us to plan excursions & tours while were here and I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is in a fantastic location of the caldera, not like the city where it's over populated... great service all round! Kitchen staff can be a little curt however in general they are really nice and welcoming. Greg is the hotel manager, really fantastic guy! Has great hospitality skills and extremely knowledgeable if you would like advise getting around the island! You will not be disappointed with your stay if you come here!

We spent 3 nights at petit palace, the view is hard to describe, you can’t get sick of it. Private transfer from the port was nice to get out of the crowd quickly. Christine and George are so helpful, great recommendations for places to eat and what to see and what not to! We enjoyed a caldera yachting sunset cruise and checked out oia. Only downfall was our pool was not heated so hard to enjoy in late April. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at the Petit Palace for 2 nights for our honeymoon and had an absolutely amazing time. Greg and his staff made us feel right at home and gave us great recommendations for things to do in Santorini. The room was gorgeous and had the most stunning view! I loved how the property is located away from the hustle and bustle - my stay was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The only thing I wished for was to have the outdoor tub heated. It was a bit cold to get in the water now.
