Petit Palace Suites Hotel

The views are amazing and the service is excellent! Everyone treats you like family. There is a shuttle to take you to Fira and the breakfast is delicious and made fresh for you daily. My husband and I had a lovely trip. I highly recommended the Santorini Winery tours booked through Viori. Cheers to this incredible experience!

What a spectacular stay! The location, the view and the staff were all extraordinary! Outside of the crowds, yet most centrally located to all the sights in both the north and south end of the island. Truly fantastic in every way!

We had an AMAZING stay!!! From the second we arrived the service was friendly, helpful and fun! The breakfast were truly genuine Greek fare and delicious! Our waiter, bartender Lory was exceptional, she was so pleasant and treated us like her friends! We will miss her and everyone at Petite Palace...,highly recommend 10 stars!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Petit Palace Suites Santorini. It is situated in a magical location on the cliff top, the best location for photos of the sunset, even better than the sunset catamaran trip we went on. The staff are amazing. Exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful even driving us to get my husband’s reading glasses back from the boat. They gave us great tips of places to visit and the hotel even has free shuttle buses to Fira throughout the day and evening. The rooms are fabulous, all with incredible views and many with their own plunge pools. We loved the food at the restaurant, great variety of delicious foods, and well priced. One of the best things about this hotel is its quiet, private location. It’s away from the heaving and extremely busy areas of Fira and Oia, where most accommodation venues are looked over by tourists walking by. We loved this place, highly recommend, it’s the best hotel we have stayed at on 6 week trip to Europe.

This is a lovely property with very nice rooms, an inviting pool, great breakfast--a quiet place to enjoy the beauty of the water and caldera. From the first moment we arrived, the staff at Petit Palace was welcoming and helpful. GM Kostas was amazing and explained the property to us while our bags were delivered to our room. The elevator was a nice option to have. There was a nice fruit bowl and small bottle of wine in our room. Our room was one of the least expensive options, but the room was big (a nice change after our small room in Athens) and included robes and slippers. The pool and breakfast areas were beautiful. There were so many breakfast options and it was a relaxing way to start the day. There is a shuttle to/from Fira, but we wanted more flexibility and Kostas helped us arrange a rental car. (We used it to visit Oia, black sand beach, red beach, and Megalochori.) The hotel is just far enough from Fira that it's not really walkable but on the plus side, the cruise ships aren't visible from the property. Petit Palace is really close to the ferry port; the hotel arranged for our transport for our ferry to Crete.
