I would like to commend the staff for their service—truly a five-star team—as well as the lovely room where I stayed (Room 2012). However, what marred my visit was a party on the floor above during the night of the 24th/25th; I was unable to sleep at all, which was particularly frustrating given that I had to travel at 6:00 a.m. That really bothered me. A minor issue concerned the elevators, though I mention this only as a suggestion for improvement. Best regards, and I hope to return soon.

Above expectattion
The staff was consistently attentive and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The room and bathroom size and cleanliness were excellent, with spacious areas and a high standard of hygiene. The breakfast quality exceeded expectations, offering a good variety of fresh and well-prepared options each morning. Overall, the hotel condition was very good, reflecting proper maintenance and care. Additionally, the location was convenient, providing easy access to the main attractions and services in the area.

Luxury, but some mistakes compromised
For a Luxury hotel, some mistakes in reception and lack of experience should not happen. The attendent in concierge did not make effort In helping me with my reservation, and I missed an experience as I was in a luxury hotel.
