Been here quite a few times over the years and never disappoints. Love the Roman pool and to think of all the history behind it. I love swimming lengths but it’s amazing how quickly you tire with the heat of the pool. Can be busy but outside, there is always space to relax and dip in the pools freely. Rooms are fresh and airy with very comfortable beds. The whole place looks beautiful lit up at night. Quite a demanding golf course, long fairways, lovely surroundings but could do a bit better with sign posting. All in all, relaxation is what we wanted and would highly recommend.

Great place to stay at the Saturnia hot spring. The hotel is wonderful, you have access to all the hot springs baths including the source which is amazing. You get to go in the hot spring where it originates and the pool is fantastic. Great food, good stuff. Recommend it. The area is idillyc nestled in the Tuscan hills. You can cycle to the public hot spring waterfalls in 5 minutes and get to experience the amazing setting there... Whilst then being able to get back to the peace of the resort!

We have been regular guests of the hotel for 10 years . At list twice a year we come here to improve our health and get a charge of positive emotions This hydrogen sulfide source of Saturnia is unique . This water has no equal in the world . It’s effect : reduce blood pressure , increase lung ventilation , act as a natural exfoliant , skin peel and antiseptic. Have an anti - ageing effect on liver , reduce pressure on cardiovascular and respiratory system . We really like hospitable staff of the hotel , comfortable and clean rooms , where everything is thought out to the smallest detail and well-organized space for relaxing by the pool . We like very much the mud treatments in the SPA . I especially want to mention the hotel guest relations manager Monica Ruggeri , who will pay attention to any of your wishes for a comfortable stay , as well as the bar employees David and Estefano ., Matteo from SPA reception. Thank you very much ! Highly recommended to visit this beautiful place !

I visited the Terme with a friend and my daughter a couple of days ago. We were made very welcome at the club reception by Letizia. She wore a necklace of stars and she IS a star. She showed us around so that we really got the most out of the experience. We loved the special rooms. I even tried the "bucket of cold water over your head" towards the end. I loved the silence in the rooms and could have stayed there for hours. The pools and waterfalls, all fed by the natural hot springs are incredible. I usually go to the free springs which in many ways are better but my daughter and I really enjoyed the peace and tranquility here and are really glad we came. Thank you Letizia!

Well, a few things to say: the drive is long and windy (from Firenze) but the countryside is beautiful. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. In particular, Domenico personally gave us a tour of the facility, showed us to our room and attended to our needs (getting a driver to take us to dinner after having drinks by the natural pool). Domenico gets high marks for being a friendly and courteous representative of the spa/hotel. The spa was large and not too crowded. Although the weather was overcast and slightly cool, the body temperature water comforted us perfectly. In truth, if the sun was out and at its strongest, I am not sure I would have been able to spend as much time in the spa as we did. The grounds were well kept, plenty of towels and seating. There were a number of different kinds of water features for us to enjoy including individual type waterfalls, that acted like gravity assisted water massages - these were heaven. All-in-all, worth the trip and the expense. Some minor complaints (many online complaints re: the onsite dinner restaurant 1919 - which prompted us to head in town for dinner (we went to I Due Cippi - we highly recommend it). The Saturnia website is SLOOOOOWWW. Also, they did not have maps online for what sort of physical plant there was which really hindered my planning ahead of time. These are deficiencies they SHOULD FIX. Nonetheless, the resort was PLUSH, thermal bath was clean and not too crowded. Lots of deck chairs available, towel service, life guards. The spa with couple massage was very good (skilled masseurs, lovely setting). Everything was clean/spotless. Lovely welcome gift of orange juice, iced water with lemon slices and pastries - yum.
