We stayed here for our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Check in was a breeze and our room was ready. The room was well decorated and had everything you would need including robes and slippers. There is a refrigerator with complimentary beverages (soda, orange juice and waters) coffee pods and chips and granolas bars. There is alcohol available for an extra charge. The bed is comfortable and the electric shades were a nice touch. TV was large and easy to use. Bathroom was large and had a double shower head. We used the pool and the poolside cabana. There is a bar by the pool but we didn’t realize and had already gone to the lobby bar for drinks. They also have purified water fountains and ice on the even floors which I appreciate because I never like the taste of tap water. There is a restaurant onsite that we had breakfast at. The service was a little slow but the food was good and everyone was very friendly. We loved that this hotel is so close to the riverfront and restaurants. It’s so nice to only have a short walk to everything. We did not use the valet parking but self parked in the same parking deck that was below ground. It was more than half the price of valet and super easy. We will be back again!

We were less than pleased by our stay, as the room was very small, the staff less than attentive or efficient, the carpets and fixtures were worn, the room atmosphere was musty, cleaning and maintenance staff used the guest elevators, and a construction site was next door. This is basically a roadside motel quality operation as far as we could tell.

Had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. Employees were wonderful, especially Kiya at the check in. If I come back to this area, I’d stay here again

Only had one night for a business meeting, the hotel is very nice and in a great location! The restaurant and bar are nice.

If i had to complain, it would be that we had to leave so soon! Great hotel, great location, amazing staff. You won't regret staying here!
