What a River Street hotel should be
My 3rd,but definitely not last, Savannah vacation and my first time staying on River Street. I found this hotel through my Marriott Bonvoy account and decided to check it out. From the moment I arrived, this was a superior hotel experience. Vernon and Phillip deserved to be recognized for their exemplary customer service. The housekeeping staff added to my relaxing stay by keeping my room exceptionally clean and neat. I enjoyed the late day service of water and chocolates. The hotel is beautiful and exactly what I would want it to be as a part of the history of the city. I made note of the decor, lighting and even the scent as you walk through the lobby doors.

Loud and obnoxious
Avoid this overpriced, “charming” hotel unless you enjoy loud, revving motorcycles and car stereos blasting outside your window late at night. There’s zero police presence to control these deliberate disturbances, which exceed any reasonable limits, even on Savannah’s River Street.

Excellent Experience
Great experience. Very courteous, always smiling and very attentive. We had a wonderful experience and will return to this hotel. We make frequent visits. Ashley and Phill were a delight. Everyone was so kind.

Great hotel, great service!!!
We had a mixup with another hotel and booked this on our way there. Best mixup ever!! The first person to greet us was Ashley, the valet. Mind you all of the valets were great from handing us cold bottled water to making sure the app on our phone was working. Great service a great impression for the hotel. Next was the front desk who was were both very friendly, and i believe her name was Atvia, went above her call of duty and when we asked about a ghost tour provided the contact information and a coupon. Room was great very spacious and the mattress was wonderful. We had breakfast the next morning on the first floor overlooking the river and it too was great. Service was wonderful and by the end of the meal knew everyone. Thank you for showing how a hotel should be run!!! Great people, great service. Starting with Ashley, OUR valet.

We found the Bohemian Hotel in Savannah to be a great hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast came with our package. We found the food to be very good and in over-sized portions. You won't leave hungry from breakfast!! They even have cold bottled water at the front door, to take with you as you walk around the lovely city. Overall we would highly recommend the hotel.
