Mansion on Forsyth Park

Everything about the Bardo was first class. The staff was very attentive and strived to make our experience as good as possible. The rooms we add were very clean and comfortable. The pool area was great along with the service by the pool. The location was great. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Hotel Bardo in June 2026 and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Southern charm. Every area of the property was spotless and meticulously maintained, which immediately made us feel welcome and relaxed. What truly set our stay apart was the outstanding staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. We were consistently greeted with warm smiles and treated with kindness and respect throughout our visit. The valet team was especially impressive. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient, making arrivals and departures seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Hotel Bardo delivers a luxury experience while maintaining a welcoming and personal atmosphere. Everyone we interacted with made us feel valued and appreciated as guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah. Thank you to the entire Hotel Bardo team for making our trip so memorable!

It’s nice, but not THAT nice. Fairly fresh and clean, good asthetic. The problems arise within very poor valets and a room that would t cool below 75deg. And we weren’t the only ones. Heard many complaints about the colloidal g issues. Valets regularly took 15-20 to get our car, and our car was damaged while they had it. Nothing in the way of apologies, either. Pool was nice, but so crowded that we couldn’t get a seat. Id stay here again, but only for half or less of the price we paid.

Stayed at Hotel Bardo and had a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful and feels unlike anywhere else in Savannah. The rooms were comfortable, well-designed, and had a true luxury feel without being stuffy. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a great guest experience. The pool area and common spaces make it easy to relax, while the location is convenient for exploring the city. Food and beverage offerings were excellent, and every interaction with the team felt thoughtful and professional. Hotel Bardo does a great job balancing luxury with a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah. 10/10 experience.

We decided to check out Savannah a few days before attending a Family Reunion in Hilton Head. We had a wonderful time there and, in particular, our time at the Hotel Bardo. The hotel is well located, well-appointed and has a very fun vibe — the pool scene was also very lively. The servers / hosts around the pool were all very friendly and accommodating. Steven, one of the waitstaff at the pool restaurant and a native of the area, was very knowledgeable about the local history and suggestions of things to do. Our 3 days there were very memorable and would surely recommend the Hotel Bardo for those thinking of spend time in Savannah. Bob Raicht and John Micale New York, New York
