Mansion on Forsyth Park

Hotel Bardo is unlike any other! The property is absolutely beautiful! Not only is it located on, and overlooks, Forsyth Park; every space within the hotel is so thoughtfully designed. I feel like I’m in an Architectural Digest magazine! My room was pristine (thank you Yuri), and so cozy! The staff is so warm, and welcoming. They’ve offered fantastic recommendations for activities and dining throughout Savannah, and they were so kind to leave a personal note in my room on arrival! A stand-out experience was dinner at Saint Bibiana. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere of the restaurant was just right, and the service staff nailed it across the board. Special shoutout to Hans, Trystan and Leo for answering my endless questions! My new favorite hotel in Savannah, and one you certainly don’t want to miss!

Very tasteful, design-forward, cool vibes in a beautiful historic building on Forsyth Park. Service is impeccable - attentive and quick to respond! The pool scene is almost too good — you’ll want to stay the whole time. Delicious food and the servers are so friendly (shoutout Andon) / give great recommendations for places to see around town. Highly recommend!!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience.

Hotel Bardo is a hotel that is exceptionally guest oriented. Without going into detail…We would return without any hesitation.

Our initial experience at this hotel was excellent. Good check-in, helpful front desk staff. However, the pool experience is falling far short of a five-star experience as a resort guest. The owners sell local memberships at nominal rates that provide access to all the resort amenities. And they overwhelm the pool noisily. It seems a great club experience for members but we would not again pay five-star resort prices to be surrounded by this.
