Mansion on Forsyth Park

This was honestly the most amazing experience at a hotel. Let me start by saying the design of the hotel was breathtaking. The colors were vibrant and moody at the same time. The rooms were very well clean, and beautifully decorated. The valet staff were absolutely incredible, welcoming and professional. Huge shoutout to Jonah for his awesome service. The spa was very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The staff was very kind; Kelsey, Jessica, and Mckenzie deserve 5 stars for their service. I highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Great hotel, but billing is a mess. Would've been a 5/5 stay otherwise Rooms are spacious and gorgeous. Restaurant next door has good dinner and great breakfast, and loved the service throughout the hotel and restaurant. Loved the location as well, being next door to Forsyth Park. Billing is really the only downside, and I would encourage you to double and triple check your bill, especially if you pre-paid for your stay. After checking out, our bill looked mostly correct with just one charge that looked incorrect and was fixed promptly. However, a few days later, we were charged for the entire stay a second time, after already pre-paying for the stay when we booked months in advance. This amounted to us being charged almost $800 for a $400 stay. Still going back and forth with the billing department, and hope they're able to resolve this one correctly. Thankfully, they are pretty responsive.

We celebrated a family birthday at Hotel Bardo. Specifically in Club Bardo. What a treat!!! Super nice, well-appointed, fantastic customer service. I am a bourbon person. Great selection of Bourbon!!! The rest of my group enjoyed the wonderful cocktails. Highly recommend if you want to feel special. Look forward to our next visit!!!

Club Bardo was the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday with friends and family. The staff was attentive and friendly. The drinks were fantastic. The decor and atmosphere in the space truly made the event special and I cannot wait to return to Hotel Bardo for our next occasion!

Stayed 2 nights with my spouse. From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out we had an amazing experience. The rooms are very large and the shower is amazing. Five stars all around.
