Beautiful hotel, exquisite decor in and out. The pool area is so special. Service is top tier. Amazing amenities as well. Highly recommend.

The Bardo is truly next level. It offers an array of exquisite spaces where guests can relax, connect, play, socialize, sip, dine, learn, get pampered, and even fit in a fantastic workout. From the pool and spa to the bars, club room, cooking school, and gym, every corner of the Bardo delivers exceptional experiences and thoughtful service. What truly sets Bardo apart, though, is its staff. In the club, Larissa and Carly provide top-notch, attentive service. If you’re in the mood for something special, Yoni will craft a cocktail tailored perfectly to your palate. And for fitness, Keagan is an outstanding trainer—knowledgeable, encouraging, and guaranteed to put you through your paces, whether in a core class or a private session.

Executive suite was not a suite. The furniture consisted of a bed and one chair that was located under the TV so there was no head clearance. No place to store our clothes aside from a small wardrobe. The room wasn't available until after their check-in time of 4:00. Housekeeping didn't show until 6:00 pm one day and not at all another day. Pool drink and food service was slow and not very friendly. I ordered a drink from two different servers and never received it. We had a large group of clients staying here, and multiple of them were complaining about a dog barking, day and night, for three straight days despite multiple complaints to the front desk. The food at the evening dinners was mediocre at best, not what is expected for a luxury hotel.

A beautiful property with even better service. My husband and I enjoyed a staycation at Hotel Bardo the rooms were cozy chic, the staff was friendly, and bonus dog friendly! The pool and outdoor area is great for relaxing. The best part of our stay was visiting Saint Bibiana, our server Hans was knowledgeable, attentive, personable! He gave us an experience that cannot be topped dining elsewhere. Hans made sure to take extra precaution with my gluten allergy and recommended amazing dishes! We cannot wait to tell our friends and family about the amazing service and ambience.

SUch a beautiful hotel but so lacking in service that would make this place a 5 star hotel. I felt invisible during my stay. This is not the place to go when travleing alone. As AN AMex and Leading Hotel member I was guaranteed an upgrade- instead I was told that they're full and had a nice room but by a supply closet. I think this is a good place if you have young children because there were tons of kids at the pool everyday. There's also a lot of events going on, so their priority is not the hotel guests. The food at Saint Bibiana is outstanding - everything fresh. ANd the morning restaurant staff, Sera and Hiraldo were the only people at the hotel who actually take the time to talk to you and make you feel like a guest. The location is amazing so I wish I could say more good things. I feel like they need to hire more staff to make sure that the hotel guest (and not just the private club guest) are taken care of.
