Friendliest staff I have ever encountered, Facilities are beyond spectacular, food was excellent. Weather was perfect. The room was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. The birds singing in the morning were a great wake-up call. Only 30 minutes from the airport.

I cannot say enough good things about the Fairmont Princess! Customer service is 10+ out of 10! They are literally doing anything and everything to make you as comfortable as possible at all times. From the excellent quality bed linens, to the smiling attentive staff, to the 24-hour room service, to the gentleman driving you around on golf carts across the sprawling property, it was an excellent experience. I was here planning a gala for almost 700 people and the catering department, front of house, back of house, stewarding department, everyone exuded excellence and professionalism. Just when I thought all hope was lost in the hospitality industry, they have renewed my faith in service!

This is a fantastic place! We decided to there was no need to leave the resort. Brian in the gold lounge was great! Mike filled us in on all the things to do while here. Restaurants, the spa, the pools are all outstanding. However, It’s the people here are what make the experience second to none!

The stay was wonderful the rooms were large comfortable with a balcony. The restaurant food drinks service all top tier. The proximity the airport and much Scottsdale was very convenient. The only frustration was the AC wouldn’t go below 76 so the room was warm at night.
