This Four Seasons used to be wonderful but so many things have seemed to have changed around this property. It feels as if the management does not care anymore. We have been staying here for almost 20 years & the food & room service are completely inconsistent. We came back to no A/C which they warned us of but did not fix today 4/30/24. They don’t know when they can fix it & are offering no help. The carpet was dirty with the last guest crumbs from their food (not sure they vacuumed our room the whole time we stayed). Stay away from this property if you can (and we were staying at the residence club…!) Completely unacceptable for a Four Seasons resort - stay elsewhere!

Absolutely beautiful facility, looks brand new; gorgeous landscaping; very large room with private patio; high-quality amenities like lighted makeup mirror; shower and tub; shower cap; bar soap; large, soft towels; complimentary water; frig, coffee and mini bar in room; adult only pool; maps to nearby hiking; golf cart service to and from rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely resort! The room, a “casita”, was very comfortable and big. A lovely patio overlooked a beautiful and inviting pool. Daily maid service and turn down service met all our needs. Towels and water were replenished. We ate at the restaurants every day because the food was so delicious. The “Sonoran Breeze” cocktail was so delicious, too. All the waiters and waitresses gave us excellent service, and they were very friendly and welcoming. I had a massage with Kelly at their beautiful spa, and it was the best massage I have ever had! My husband and I played golf at the Monument. The course was so beautiful and challenging! If you plan on visiting the Scottsdale area and want to be pampered, I highly recommend the Four Seasons.

Was very disappointed with the Proof Restaurant. For a 5 star resort the service was terrible. There is clearly a problem with the management of the restaurant. At the resort bar service was good but food was not cooked as requested.

The pictures online don’t do it justice. This place is amazing. I’m not an outdoorsman whatsoever but there is a hike attached to the resort which changed my mind. The view offers a tranquil perspective of the surrounding landscape.
