Outstanding Stay & Exceptional Event Experience at Hotel Valley Ho
Absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms were beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We hosted our corporate event here, and everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. The location is perfect, the ambiance is amazing, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and the level of service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Caress, Cheyenne, Rachel, and the entire team for all of your hard work and dedication. You truly made our event a success. Hotel Valley Ho is definitely a Scottsdale gem, and I highly recommend it for both business events and personal getaways. We can't wait to come back!

Sleepless Nights and Unprofessional Service
Very disappointing stay. My first room was so noisy I could hear people in the hallway and guests above me doors and walking around late night. After being moved to a pool-level room, I was woken up at 6:00 a.m. by the cleaning crew pushing carts outside my sliding door. The shower also let out a loud, shrieking noise that sounded like pressure was building up and it was about to explode. After two miserable days, I checked out early and moved to another hotel. Management refused to refund one night. The front desk was unprofessional and made no effort to accommodate me, even as an American Express Platinum member. I would not stay here again.

Another wonderful stay at this boutique hotel! Every visit has been consistently excellent. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with high-quality shampoo, body wash, and other amenities that make the stay feel extra special. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. The food and drinks are consistently top-notch, making every meal something to look forward to. It's the kind of place that keeps me coming back, and we can't wait for my next visit. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Stay
This beautiful hotel has Alot going for it! Not only is the history of the hotel fabulous, but the spaces are well updated to fit modern needs. My husband and I found our suite to be very comfortable and perfectly located near the quiet pool. It was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. We look forward to going back!
