Amazing service!
I was at the Hotel Valley Ho for a business workshop, so stayed in the hotel as well as experienced their catering. Both were great, but I'd like to point out the customer service. One night I got back to my room after dinner and noticed that my diamond hoop earring was missing. I went back down to the restaurant to look for it and the staff were incredibly helpful. The waiter helped me search for it under the table, the manager took a photo of the (non-missing) matching earring and alerted their Security. I immediately retraced my steps back to the meeting room and couldn't find anything. On my way back, I met a security guard with a flashlight looking for my earrings (at 9 pm at night). He let me into the meeting room and searched with me. I ended up finding it when I got back to my room, and I was incredibly grateful for their fast action (by 3 people!). That's a sign of great customer service!!

Spring training in Scottsdale
I love the hotel - great vibe, team and experience. The amenities are top notch and I love how walkable everything is from the hotel. One note of caution if you choose or end up in a west facing room (the mountains). While the sunsets and mountains are spectacular, the physical plant and kitchen exhaust are on that side of the hotel - both made hanging on the patio pretty unplesant. And one morning the garbage truck arrived at 5am to pick-up the hotel trash...very noisy. Not so awesome. Mostly, just be aware of that dynamic. All in all, though, a really wonderful hotel and place to stay.

Fun hotel
Lovely hotel. Love the dj and pool action. Food was excellent. I do wish the beds were updated. Love the bath amenities. Everyone here (including the staff) seemed happy.

Spa day
I took my mom to a spa day for her bday! It was great! The atmosphere was very retro. Her facial was great and she looks radiant after. My massage by Zelle was fabulous. Pressure was great and got all the right spots with his soft hands! I would definitely go back!

Our favorite place in the Valley to enjoy a sunny, lovely weekend
Location is wonderful, decor is charming, accommodates fun-seeking and quiet-seeking. Service is very solicitous. The desk staff always upgrades us when an upgrade is available. Memorably, a member of the desk staff followed us all the way to our room on the other side of the property after we left something there at check-in. A standout place to stay in the PHX / Scottsdale area, as we are reminded if ever staying anywhere else.
