Loved this hotel! Great amenities, cool rooms, good vibes. We were in the Tower but next time will choose one of the cabana or pool view rooms in the 500 or 600 building. We were unable to use our west-facing balcony in the Tower as it was located directly above the air conditioners and trash bins; that, plus the noisy road just made it unpleasant, not an asset to our stay. The 500 and 600 buildings, in contrast, are definitely quieter and have better outdoor space that can actually be used. But the Tower was very convenient to the restaurant, so keep that in mind. We had many meals at ZuZu and thought they were all terrific; the vibe there was very cool, very chill. The grounds are lovely, especially around the OHasis pool. I highly recommend relaxing there rather than at the main pool. The music is very loud at the main pool on the weekends, so loud it really spoils the usual chill vibe; you hear the music no matter where you are although the OHasis pool was the least noisy area of the hotel. But even on a weekday the main pool isn't really relaxing, at least not to us Gen Xers and Boomers. But even with these quibbles I would definitely return! You cannot beat the location and it's actually in a quieter area of Scottsdale, away from all the clubs and the loud pedal bars and bachelorette parties that have become so ubiquitous there. There are still plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping, galleries, museums and Fashion Square. If you want to actually relax in vibrant Scottsdale, the ValleyHo can't be beat.

Hotel has a cool vibe, easy walkable distance to old town Scottsdale. Hotel cleaning staff does a great job, room was very clean and didn’t smell of chemicals. The hotel nickel and dimes you for EVERYTHING….parking at $28/night, use of fire pits $100/use, need a mini fridge in room- oh that’s also $25. Those are additional charges I came across, not sure what others there are. At $650/night these “amenities” should be included. Tip: there is plenty of street parking available - do not use hotel parking or self park (same price) There is a dj at pool on weekends, which is very loud and trying to be like a Vegas pool party. But not the vibe of the people staying at the hotel…

Always the best experience at the bar. Incredibly friendly bartenders, excellent cocktails, and delicious bar nibbles. It’s a vibe. Ask for Seta and Rob during the day.

would love to experience staying here with my family. Everyone was amazing and helpful through our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again when it's convenient to do so. Thank you for everything.

Hotel Valley Ho is excellent. The entire property is great. Its restaurant, ZuZu, is simply outstanding - we would go there to eat even if we weren’t staying at the hotel.
