Hotel Valley Ho

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Valley Ho! From the beautiful property and incredible atmosphere to the outstanding customer service, everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Due to unexpected travel delays, we arrived a day later than originally planned. After discussing the situation with the hotel, the staff went above and beyond to make things right. They generously upgraded us to an absolutely stunning suite, provided four complimentary drink credits, and included a $20 resort credit. The suite was incredible, and these thoughtful gestures truly made us feel valued as guests. A special thank you to Kyle, who was incredibly accommodating, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality made an already wonderful experience even more memorable. The hotel itself has such a fun, unique vibe, with beautiful mid-century modern design and a fantastic location in Old Town Scottsdale. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, style, and relaxation. We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% be returning the next time we’re in Scottsdale. Thank you to Kyle and the entire Hotel Valley Ho team for such a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

When college football brings us to Scottsdale to watch our son play, there's only one place we call home—Hotel Valley Ho. And it ain't by accident! From the incredible staff and laid-back vibe to the amenities and outstanding food, this place just gets hospitality right. Mother Nature didn't cooperate this trip, so poolside lounging was off the table. But we traded pool chairs for barstools, watched some football, shared plenty of laughs, and enjoyed getting to know the amazing staff. Sometimes the best memories happen when plans change! And let's talk about ZuZu. **GOOD LORD, THE FOOD!** Absolutely to die for. As owners of Cowtown Casa, a hospitality property in Fort Worth, my wife and I understand what it takes to create an exceptional guest experience. So when we see a team delivering at this level, on a much larger scale, we genuinely appreciate it. Beautiful hotels are everywhere. **Genuine hospitality? That's a whole different ballgame.** To the entire Valley Ho crew—hats off, boots down, job well done! **The pool might bring you in. We really liked this place a lot, very unique. Excellent location, walking distance to most of old town Scottsdale. The rooms were very clean and large. We were in one of the side buildings with nice balcony overlooking the pool. Had a great lunch at ZuZu on site. Debated staying at one of the larger resorts like the Phoenician which I'm sure we would love, but the Valley Ho is a lot less expensive, still very nice, and seems like a better location for walking to different parts of Scottsdale.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and has staff and a bar. Our visit was not during a busy time of year so could be different during higher travel times like spring. We would still stay here though. Get the Tower Suite- it's amazing.

The pool chairs and towels need some updating, and bring earplugs because the music was far too loud. You basically have to yell at the people you're having a conversation with. It's like this all day, and if they turned it down to a reasonable level, it would be great.
