A "Diamond" hotel in Scottsdale AZ
Absolute wonderful experience from beautiful appointed rooms, comfortable bedding, freat drinks made along with a great Culinary restaurant, easy to get around the property. Great staff

Wonderful hotel, spa & restaurant!
The Hotel Valley Ho is super conveniently located in Old Town Scottsdale. We came from MI for 5 nights and did not rent a car. Everything is walkable. The resort is large and the king room overlooking the pool is very nice; the staff are all friendly, professional and welcoming. We enjoyed a full day of on-site amenities, including the fitness center, spa, and ZuZu restaurant. My massage therapist, Zekiel, was terrific. Not only was it about the best massage I’ve ever had, he was knowledgeable of a couple issues that I told him about and he gave me some recommendations of stretches/exercises I can do at home. Dinner at ZuZu was excellent. Our server Niesha was wonderful - she was friendly, attentive and efficient. She had input on menu items and gave recommendations. My husband had the scallops and I had Chilean sea bass - both excellent. Overall, our stay at the Valley Ho has been awesome; if ever back in Scottsdale, we will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay
We had the best experience at Hotel Valley Ho! Upon check in we learned we were the randomly selected VIP of the day. We had a fantastic room, desserts delivered to us and an overall fantastic stay. The roller rink was also such a fun touch!

Great place to stay in old town Scottsdale
Great hotel - it’s like the Flintstones meets the Jetsons in the iconic old town Scottsdale hotel. Clean, amazing water pressure and the staff were all friendly. They are really geared up for the holidays too.

Main pool closed until January
We booked Thanksgiving again at this hotel. When we arrived we discovered that in the main pool area, their signature attraction, has been converted into a drab brown roller skating rink. The hotel did not disclose this information prior to our arrival - we made reservations 3 months ago. There is also only 1 of the 2 hot tubs open, and it is fenced in with a wooden fence. The one lane oasis pool is available however they insufficiently heated the pool for two day and we were unable to use the pool one entire day because the temperature had lowered into the 60s. It also shifts the entire hotel to having to swim in this tiny pool. Terrible experience, do not recommend. We will not return to this hotel.
