Reviews for Hotel Valley Ho

Great location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

The hotel is a beautiful property with great accommodations. I was surprised to learn that the fire pit was an additional charge that needed to be paid for before it would be turned on. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at Zuzu and Sam, our bartender was great! Overall, the property was very clean, in a great location and the staff was helpful.

Great stay after we were moved…

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Originally booked in a 6200 room. Noise from the cars was excessive and the view from the room was not ideal (tractor trailer parked in the parking lot). Front desk moved us to a more interior room and things were much improved. Staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Mid-century design makes this hotel unique.

very pleasant

Very nice experience. Love the location. I would prefer a room in a quieter part of the hotel. Too much foot traffic close to the pool. Otherwise, very nice clean room.

VH is a gem

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

Hotel Valley Ho never disappoints. They remembered my visit from years ago and reserved my former room. The location is walkable to Old Town Scottsdale and the hotel atmosphere, the dining, spa and pool experience, as well as the exemplary wait, valet, and housekeeping services never disappoint. Sometimes it's just the little things that get your attention, like in-room amenities and the historic photos of the hotel in the 1950's that make Valley Ho special. Look forward to our return in the near future.

Loud busses

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

There are loud busses just sitting there with their engines on all the time, sometimes early, sometimes late. Called the front office and was told “sorry buddy” can’t do anything about it. They also have parties till 11 at night blasting cringe music with loud bass. It’s a nice property but they just don’t care about peace and quiet at all. For a place that’s mostly an older crowd it’s kinda odd. The manager seems to care less about this
