overbooked my hotel
Took my reservation but never received a confirmation. I got suspicious and called hotel to see if they had a reservation for me. Hotel said no and that Tripadvisor most likely over booked the hotel. I checked my CC and Tripadvisor charged my card. Called Tripadvisor 3 days ago and still waiting for refund and explanation. Tripadvisor great on tours but not good for hotel bookings.

Enjoy the best of Scottsdale!
This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Scottsdale's old town. I highly recommend this property for leisure or for business. The conference room set up was perfect and the food excellent.

Excellent stay
Absolutely loved our experience here at Valley Ho. We were greeted right away. The service for valet was excellent and we were super close to restaurants and shopping centers. We will definitely be returning here when we’re in the area again

Fantastic stay at beautful Hotel Valley Ho!
This gem of a hotel, located very close to old town Scottsdale, is fantastic. The newly remodeled rooms are gorgeous - the attention to detail is perfection and the mid-century modern decor is high quality and authentic. The entire property is decorated so beautifully, they left no stone unturned. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Valley Ho and wish they had more properties closer to my home in LA. And no hidden fees!

Fun as always
Always love staying here. It's in such a great location. The only thing I can say is I wish there were more gluten-free options on the happy hour menu.
