A beautifully manicured and well-maintained hotel with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The food and beverage offerings are abundant, flavorful and very fresh. The rooms are amazingly appointed, comfortable and impeccably cleaned and maintained.

Hotel Valley Ho is truly our home away from home. It’s our #1 choice for a staycation, vacation, weekend getaway, or even just a fun night out with friends. The espresso martinis at ZuZu are absolutely unbeatable, and Chef Russell’s food is always fresh, innovative, creative and FUN. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to help with anything you need, and the fact that they’re genuinely pet-friendly, without the crazy added fees, is such a huge benefit and added value. At this point, we’ve stayed in just about every room configuration at Hotel Valley Ho… except the Hideaway, which we fully intend to check off the list someday. And the PEOPLE! From Lucas at the front desk, to Amber Allen, who is an absolute gem, to Niesha and the rest of the incredible team, they’re a huge part of what keeps us coming back. If you want to be treated like family while enjoying a gorgeous, upscale mid-century modern hotel, without the outrageous price tag, Hotel Valley Ho is THE place to stay. We love it here, and somehow, every visit feels like coming home.

Amazing experience
The location was close to Old Town, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was my favorite part of my six-day work trip. Although there was a DJ, the noise was not disruptive, and I enjoyed the experience. I did not use any hotel services other than ordering drinks by the pool.

Best hotel for the value in Scottsdale
I couldn't say anything bad about this hotel. The food and beverage was spectacular. Service was top notch. My wife left her $17,000 watch in the room and the maid and security actually held it for us. We were so worried. So happy that there still are honest people. Definitely recommend this hotel

Short but sweet!
Short but sweet stay at the Valley Ho. Comfortable accommodations with attentive staff. I highly recommend the "Brookie" desert.
