Hotel Valley Ho

We had the most incredible time in this beautiful hotel. We were able to walk and enjoy all things Old Towne and were minutes away from shopping, dining and the botanical garden!

This iconic hotel is my go to for Scottsdale. It is within walking distance to the Old Town shops, dining and entertainment. I appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival and the valet and bell team always recognize me and greet me enthusiastically. They are helpful and accommodating. I always receive assistance to my accommodations and they are so attentive. I was in town for a couple of days to attend holiday parties and this hotel did not disappoint. It was dressed up for the holidays and was beautifully done! They had a roller skating rink which was fun and so imaginative. It seemed to be really popular and busy. Meals at ZuZu never disappoint and the chef and his team do an amazing job at making the offerings interesting and creative. One event I attended was onsite and the food stations had creative options and favorites with a modern twist. The lobby bar was lively and the service impeccable. If you are a foodie, this is the place for you. Extensive wine offerings, craft cocktails and delicious, thoughtful food are all available through ZuZu, In Room Dining or Banquets. The quality is consistent, at any of their dining options. Checking in was easy and friendly, with everyone at the desk smiling and welcoming guests. My accommodations were immaculate and comfortable. In room robes, slippers and fragrant, upscale toiletries make your stay that much nicer. I did use the in room mini bar and I love their coffee which is in pods for your use. Linens are pressed and super white, duvet is extra cozy and the bed is soft comfy! The towels are soft and so white and abundant. This hotel is pristine and truly a winner. When on-site, you can sense the pride that each team member has for their hotel. Their management is exceptional and it’s evident by the positivity from everyone.

Tiffani was an AMAZING masseuse! She was extremely communicative and thoughtful; every little detail was perfect. I'm leaving feeling much more relaxed. She did wonders for my sciatic pain.

The Valley Ho Never disappoints! All aspects of this hotel are amazing. It just feels peaceful being there and the Ho Holiday experience was the perfect Christmas Vibe. The other bonus is Downtown Scottsdale is in walking distance. You can park and walk to restaurants, shops, bars, and other activities! When we visit Scottsdale, we only stay at the HO!

From the moment you arrive, Hotel Valley Ho delivers an experience that never disappoints. The kindness of the staff is truly exceptional, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and even the landscaping crew greets you with a smile. The rooms are spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, and the food is consistently delicious. Whether I’m staying overnight or hosting an event, this is hands-down one of my favorite places in the Valley. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail are unmatched. You’ll leave already planning your next visit, I promise. 🌴✨
