I can't stand hotels that steal money from you with hidden charges. Just put it in the price so I know in advance. It is $22 per night for parking, in an area that is wide open and has plenty of space for parking. This isn't downtown San Francisco. You're just stealing from people who have no choice by the time they find out. Then when I went to check out, there is a $32.82 resort fee charge per night that I had seen nothing about before. Maybe it was disclosed somewhere and I missed it. Congratulations, you tricked another hundred bucks out of another customer! This crap is spreading and it needs to stop. Also, if you happen to get thirsty at night and need some water, the bottle in your room will be $9. I expect to pay extra for water in a room. But they aren't happy with the usual 5000% markup. They needed 9000%. How greedy can you get? The pools were okay, but nothing special. Architecture was a confused mishmash of styles. Service was great. But if a thief steals $200 from my wallet, I really don't care how nice they are. They are still a thief. Stay away!

The Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia is a first class resort. From the welcoming and office staff, to the maintenance workers keeping the grounds pristine, to the spa and restaurant everything was amazing. Make sure when planning your trip you leave enough time to enjoy the pools. i had some time for the spa, but not enough to enjoy the pools which i regret. It is also very centrally located to downtown Phoenix, as well as entertainment in Scottsdale. Peak season (winter) can get expensive but if you go in late spring/ summer it is very affordable. Highly recommend this resort!

The Omni sits on 34 acres, which means some rooms a quite a walk from the main entrance and restaurants. Typical to the region, this 2 story complex houses a few , restaurants, pools, a gym, etc. There seems to be a lot activities for those who would like to be active during their stay. The convention room is nice and I must say that the food served during our convention was among the best I've had in any convention. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Overall, this is quite a nice place.

Great staff. No hassle or wait at either checkin or checkout. Both pools were excellent (and salt water) not over crowded. The bathroom was one of the nicest ever, and the tub and shower layout so appealing and functional. Mountain view (Camelback) excellent. Only down side of second story room balcony in middle of resort at night was the sound of traffic from Lincoln Dr. Onsite Prado Restaurant first rate (and weekend buffet was REALLY to die for)

My husband and I along with my sister and brother-n-law stayed here for 5 days and it was amazing! Such a picturesque location and the resort is by far 5 star in every way. The entire staff on all levels are extremely attentive and were always eager to make sure all of your expectations and needs were met. The food was amazing at all of the restaurants...even the Café! Be sure to have their gelato...the raspberry flavor was to die for! Would return here in a heartbeat!
