The resort completely blew us away from the moment we arrived. The surrounding desert and mountain scenery are breathtaking, and right upon entering, the welcoming staff and incredible signature scent in the lobby immediately set a relaxing tone. The property features several fantastic pools, complete with wonderful poolside cocktails and attentive staff. We also took full advantage of the spa facilities, where my wife got a wonderful massage. A standout moment was relaxing by the rooftop pool at the spa, where we received stellar service from Carlos. He was incredibly warm, attentive, and ensured we were completely taken care of throughout the day. Everything about this property made for a perfect stay, and we are already looking forward to returning for a family trip in the future!

Everything was beautiful for a staycation and 30 year anniversary celebration. Specifically, we want to thank Carlos for a great day of pool service!

Great hotel!! The pool(s) are so lucky to have Carlos. He is so friendly, very attentive to all guests, and provides top notch service. We asked for him every single day!

The location is stunning. You can’t get a better resort with views in the Scottsdale area. The King room looking over the pool is worth the splurge. It’s gorgeous. I loved the coffee shop, great coffee and treats. The steak at the restaurant was also really good. However, we checked in and were told to go to our room and the bell Man would bring up our bags. After 30 minutes we called down and asked about our bags and they had forgotten about them and then brought them up immediately. Also there is no food or drink service at the Main pool which was a huge disappointment. We went to the pool twice and you had to go to the restaurant outside the gates to get your drinks which had horrible service. We made our room reservations and spa reservations online on their website. We choose this resort because they have an incredible spa. I made our reservations for two massages and when we showed up, the girl said “we do not have your reservations, and sometimes our online portal doesn’t work”. I had just spent $500 to stay the night so we could wake up and go to the massages. This was the last 24 hours before my daughter moved to college, so it was infuriating and upsetting. It ruined the trip. It is a gorgeous Resort but they missed the mark big time with us. In total I spent $900 in 24 hours and it was mediocre service instead of great hospitality. The Bellman, the pool and the spa all missed the mark.
