Beautiful grounds, inspired by Spanish Andalusian style and architecture. Very different from the other luxury chains. It is an old school Arizona hotel that feels like a resort community, with a different style for each building, rather than uniform looks. Great location with mountain views. The same approach is carried to the amenities, you have different restaurants with various styles of food and dress code. This place is full of small details. A bocce court, home made gelato, a high quality taqueria (the barbacoa and adobo tacos came with pickled veggies), pool side cabanas. The staff are super friendly and helpful, too. The only issue is parking. You either need to park in a multilevel structure that can sometimes be pretty full, or valet (either is $22 per night). Neither is an easy in and out. But it’s great is you’re planning to arrive and stay throughout.

The property is very well maintained and the service is extremely polite and assists with all needs. The grounds are well maintained and the staff often asks visitors if they need assistance. Both my wife and myself love the views of the resort and the location.

Nice place, although a little run down. But great staff, OK food and killer views. Spa is fab, $35/day if you stay here. But if you're here without a car, not much to do. You can walk to the Echo Canyon Trail in 15 minutes. Go to the Marriott down the street for good music & a good happy hour.

The Omni Scottsdale is a beautiful property. The rooms are large and lovely, very well appointed. We had a large walk-in shower and separate large tub. Our first floor room had a patio with 2 chairs and a very comfortable lounger. When at the pool, someone very promptly showed up with ice water and an offer to put the umbrella up for me. There were numerous firepits around the property adding warmth and ambience when it cooled down at night. The restaurants were pricey, but had excellent food. This could have been a perfect stay except my room card was deactivated every day around noon, despite the fact we stayed multiple days. This was very frustrating as I always found out when returning from the pool and the property is very large and returning to the front desk in pool attire every day quickly became very bothersome and hot. Also, the pillows were horrible. Way too high.

Stayed at the Omni on business, utilizing their hotel, banquet space, catering and restaurant and I don't recall a single item that negatively affected my trip. The bartender was great, though the beer selection was slim. The catering staff were on top of their game and housekeeping was great as well. The room was clean and cared for and check-in was smooth and friendly too. A top notch hotel for any type of travel in my opinion!
