Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

This is absolutely beautiful resort with the most friendly and accommodating staff. I came to enjoy my 40th and it was exactly the relaxing ambience I hoped for. Not too noisy, nor too crowded, it was just right. They have several restaurants and a coffee shop on site, I ate at two and enjoyed both meals. Also the grounds are complete photo ops!

We stayed for spring break with our two kids and had a very disappointing experience. The pool was freezing cold and the food service took close to an hour with a very quiet pool. The resort was not busy at all. Our room had a sink that didn’t drain and a phone that didn’t work. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke at night due to people smoking outside our door despite it being a non-smoking property. The valet forgot to put some of our bags in our car and we realized after we checked out and had to turn around. The valet said they couldn’t call us to let us know because of “system updates” with their phones. Additionally, my husband accidentally left 3 shirts in a drawer and after calling for two days and not being able to reach someone, he finally spoke to a staff member who informed him that they will not be checking for the shirts and he may not come and check for them either. We checked out on Thursday 4/9 and haven’t heard a peep. The manager was supposed to call me but instead just emailed me a $150 credit without ever hearing why I was dissatisfied. This hotel is allegedly a 5 star hotel and was outrageously expensive and we will not be staying there again.

Went for a birthday celebration/ staycation and loved it so much we decided to extend our stay. Not only are the grounds breathtaking and entrancing but the staff and food options an even high caliber of experience. Chef Raul was so gracious to answer all of our questions and genuinely took our experience to the next level. It’s so refreshing to not only be at an incredible property but to be met with authetically warm and welcoming staff. Excited for our next stay back.

Absolutely beautiful resort! Went with family and had an amazing experience. Grounds are clean and beautiful. Great restaurants, swimming pools and am axing views of Camelback Mountain.
