I cannot recommend this resort more for a romantic couples trip. My husband and I are checking out today and stayed three nights. The resort property is gorgeous and it was basically a ghost town Monday -Wednesday. It felt like our own Spanish villa. We have a Camelback view room on the second floor building 11 and I think it’s the best spot on the property. Yes, it’s a bit of a walk to the main pool but it can’t be beat for comfort, privacy and the best balcony with a spectacular view of the mountains. The best part has been the food. Prada is in my top 5 restaurants of all time and I have eaten at all sorts of fine dining in my 45 years. We ate the entire tapas menu at the bar between Monday and Tuesday night for dinner (split 4 items each night) and each and every one was mind blowing. Not even hyperbole. Unreal level of good. Even the Cesar salad was amazing. We had dinner in the main restaurant and had the Gambas and the seafood Paella. I can’t even describe it. It was like a religious experience. And the desserts! We had breakfast too yesterday even though we were not planning on it just because the tapas had been so good we thought well breakfast must also be spectacular and that was a life choice I do not regret- get the French toast trust me. We also got a cabana at Kabash pool (the one in the corner on the main pool level) and that was so lovely. They have a ceiling mister cooler that was so great and we watched the soccer game on our tv and had the fruit plate and the sangria and chips and guacamole- all excellent. Service everywhere from valet to check in to pool was top notch the entire time. Amazing staff at Prada. We skipped the spa and never used the other pool. So if you want literally the best time ever, come here Monday - Thursday when it’s empty and plan to just chill. Sure it’s hot but it it’s a good hot in and out of the pool and into your cabana and there’s like maybe 10 other people there with you. Totally recommend!!

Went to Centro for snacks and drinks. Alan, at the bar, was awesome. Friendly, professional and a sense of humor. Great service!

This is my fourth year staying. I fly from GA to stay. 2022-2025 this place was a dream come true. its what's kept me coming back every year. i think this has been our last year to stay. something has shifted in the place...management? This place has always been professional and spot on over beyond and has celebrated my birthday hand written cards and all once upon a time - now is lacking so much. and upon arrival 07.10.26 about 11:30pm - we walk into the office to a girl cussing freaking out out loud in the back. a girl in a red coat. she comes out and says "someone will be with you" and walks out without grabbing anyone. I sit there until valet/golf cart driver comes in to grab someone for us as he saw us waiting and saw the other girl had not done anything. all while this same girl in the red coat is now yelling the F word all over the place outside. How embarrassing. She shouldnt be working there. From there , at check in my membership somehow wasn't on my account event though I booked it while logged into my account, none of my information was on record. I was put on a second floor connected room vs the main level I usually stay on (fine). no one checked in on us the whole stay. no special touches. the adult pool bathroom was missing an entire sink handle. the adult pool so dirty people had written their initials in the scum on the walls. pool chairs falling apart. pool towels falling apart. Staff quick to put the umbrellas up at night, but no one to put them up in the morning. The elevator to the parking lot was down - totally fine - but the stairwells were stinky with bugs and rotten food. For the quality this place used to be, it isnt there right now. The amount paid wasnt worth the stay this year. Spa service was just okay. One of the poor workers slipped and fell by the cold plunge - you need non stick mats there. Side mention: Housekeeping is still top tier. Crave cafe will always be the best and those folks are always the nicest. Prado was a tasty meal but the drinks were quite horrid lemon lysol level. I have hope. But I left sad like it was a waste of money.
