The service at the bar was too tier. Alan did a great job making sure wet were never waiting for food/drinks.

Don't Miss this Resort.
The location of the Omni Scottsdale was beautiful nestled up to Camelback mountain. From check in, valet, bell hop, restaurant & bar staff everyone was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean. We will for visit again.

Outstanding Service at Montelucia
Our experience at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the spa is incredibly relaxing, and the atmosphere truly feels like a luxury getaway. The food at Prado was outstanding, every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. A special thank you to Carlos Jiménez, who took care of us at the spa pool. His service was exceptional: friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make our experience memorable and is a great example of outstanding hospitality. Our only suggestion would be regarding the bar service at the adults-only Oasis Pool. Since many guests come there to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, it would be great if the bar stayed open later than 5:00 PM. Extending the hours would enhance the experience and allow guests to enjoy the space a little longer. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing staycation, spa day, or weekend getaway. We will definitely be back!
