Genuine friendly service!
Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Omni Montelucia in Scottsdale. Great location within 20 minutes of PHX and within walking distance of Camelback hiking trails. Outstanding & attentive service by the friendly Staff. Many great amenities and areas of the hotel to relax and enjoy.

Our new getaway
The overall experience was wonderful. The girls at the front desk were very accommodating, as were the valet staff. The room, nice & clean. Note - The bathtub tap did however leak when turned fully up. The stroll around the resort, very peaceful. The main restaurant was fantastic. Server, Jonathan in particular, remarkable. We may even sway from our usual stay at the Fairmont after this first experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best Birthday experience ever!
So I was celebrating dating the wife’s birthday with a couples massage and Dinner at the Prado. From the check in to when we checked out every staff member we encountered was helpful and very pleasant. Beautiful setting and we had a great time.

Great get away within a big city
It is like visiting a small town in Spain within the city of Phoenix, but without the noise. From checkin to checkout yiu are treated as VIPs.

Four Nights, Zero Regrets (and Excellent chocolate Cake)
We had a wonderful stay at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia. The resort is absolutely beautiful—an upscale property with a well-thought-out layout and spacious, comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax as a family. Everything felt refined yet welcoming. The food quality was excellent throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed breakfast at Prado—the dishes were consistently high quality and well prepared. Since we stayed for four nights, I only wish there had been a few more breakfast options to rotate through, but what was available was very good. Dinner at Prado was also a highlight, and the flourless chocolate cake was outstanding—rich, perfectly done, and memorable. Overall, we had a great experience from start to finish. A special mention to Sydney at the front desk—she was phenomenal. At every interaction, she went out of her way to make sure everything was convenient, comfortable, and seamless for our family. Her attention to detail truly elevated our stay. We would absolutely return.
