Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

One of our favorite resorts in Pheonix area. Excellent customer service throughout the resort experience. For someone who is very sensitive to smells this resort had one of the best smelling lobbies and the hotel room smelled clean but didn't have a strong odor. The spa was well appointed with so many amenities, best spa experience. Went twice and wanted to go back again..lol The only con was our double bed room had very firm beds. We asked for a different mattress for one of the beds that was very fim and slightly springy. The staff gave us a new bed. This was done quickly and very much appreciated. Overall this resort was very relaxing and we hope to come back in the future.

The resort was amazing and did not disappoint. They made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Definitely a top notch experience.

The resort is stunningly beautiful, felt like another country. We booked a spa day, the day of arrival. Arrived early to hike camel back mountain and they held our bags. We walked to the trail head from the hotel. The spa after the hike was amazing, cold plunge dump and hot tub/sauna was great. Services were incredible. The food is casual and pool and grounds are pretty. We loved our lunch and drinks. Our room was very spacious and nice and the patio overlooking the pool and mountain was worth the splurge!

We hosted a very important conference event at your property. The entire property staff was absolutely amazing. Ronna, Jennifer O., Keya, the Director of Banquets, the Bellman (Jacob), Nick (AV) and Jordan (AV) and the entire property and service team across the board were exceptional. Your standards of service excellence from check-in to event execution are top notch. Jordan's AV team is one of the best I have encountered in my experience with various onsite hotel AV teams. Ronna and Jennifer in events/banquets were extremely responsive and absolutely lovely onsite. Keya (possibly incorrect spelling) and the lead Director of banquets during our actual program were attentive and pleasant. Your full team and the excellent service experience knocked our event out of the park. Thank you so much for your staff's commitment to high quality standards, gracious approach to requests, and hard work. I appreciate each staff I encountered, including the team at Crave Cafe. Please check my room charges and who served me there- they deserve kudos as well. I would highly recommend your priority for personal getaways, conferences, business trips, and special events.

We travel alot and usually in a Marriott property. This was one of the best experiences I have had in a resort. The coffee shop- Fab, The lunch cafe- Fab, The Prado restaurant- Fab. The Spa- Fab, The pools- Fab! Carmen S at Prado was absolutely the best! She made us feel so special and welcome from the moment we sat down. Her attentive service and warm demeanor turned a simple breakfast into a truly memorable experience. You will be happy you chose this resort.
